The staff. 10/10 best staff I've encountered in a Cici's. Everything else is just your standard issue Cici's. Kind, quick, saw them discreetly diffuse a couple customer caused issues with ease. Great job, for real.
I really wanted to give a better review but because it was my daughter birthday and we all met here it was not clean. They didn’t have pizza ready to replace when one was finished. Breadsticks took about 15 minutes to be replaced. Many customers had to keep getting up asking about items/pizza that should be there. We use to go here years ago. It has since went way down. Will not recommend anyone if asked. Sorry but some things have to be addressed here.
