If you got a sweet tooth, this is a good place to grab a dessert. Prices are decent too. Located in the main food court area corridor. The over saturated florescent lighting in the picture doesn't really do the 5pc Cinnabon Cinnasweeties proper justice, they were fresh and delicious...

Guy on register took my order. I specifically asked for “Frozen” vanilla cold brew. The customer in front of me got the same drink. The lazy ladies misunderstood and said I got it as regular, not frozen. I was too exhausted to even cry to correct them. As for the guy on register, please communicate bettter and take accountability. Thanks.

Who doesn’t love a delicious, soft, warm and frosted Cinnabon?? Save your time and money because you won’t get it here. My minibon was hard, cold, tasted 3 days old with minimal frosting. My churro was cold , rubbery and tasteless. 10 dollars for the two! Both are in the trash bin as I wait for my flight.

Ordered a Cinnabon and a chillata, only to be told that they couldn’t make the drink because they “weren’t making anything frozen.” The machine wasn’t down, they simply were too lazy to make a frozen drink.

Quick stop at Cinnabon while passing through Charlotte airport, and it was just what I needed. I grabbed an iced coffee and a pecan Cinnabon—both were solid picks.

The pecan roll was warm, gooey, and loaded with that signature cinnamon and sweet glaze, plus the crunch from the pecans took it up a notch. The iced coffee was refreshing and balanced out the sweetness of the roll nicely.

Service was quick and friendly, and it’s always nice to get a comfort snack during travel. Great little treat before the next flight.

There is NO reason the POS should be promoting for tips for when you are ordering standing up, and there is no service being provided. I'm far less likely to shop there in the future. Please removed the tipping prompt. If you feel your employees should be paid more... Pay them more!

The over priced Cinnabon was light on frosting, and didn't taste fresh.

Picture this: your flight was supposed to fly out at 8 PM and end up getting cancelled at 2 AM. American Airlines refuses to give you a hotel. Morale is low. You're on four hours of sleep on the airport floor. You wake up and wander around for breakfast.
This Cinnabon changed the trajectory of my day (dare I say life?) after a heinous travel situation. American Airlines you'll
be hearing from me but thank you Cinnabon you don't know how bad I needed that

To the lady with the purple lips and beautiful smile! Sorry, I didn’t catch your name! You made my day! You truly should be the standard of excellent customer service! These days while traveling you don’t run into anyone who doesn’t looked disgruntled! Everyone who works in airports and airlines should really take a page out of your book as far as what customer service should look like! Thank you!

The Cinnabon bites I purchased were cold and hard. Most of them even had crunchy areas on the end where they may have been under the heat lamp too long.
The person working at the time seemed as if she could have cared less if a customer was there or not.
I mentioned to her they were cold…
Love Cinnabon at the airports, will pass on Charlotte’s Cinnabon going forward!

I think they reheat old cinnabons. It just tastes like old bread. Counterperson didn't give me the extra frosting I ordered and insisted that she didn't charge me for one. Make sure you get your receipt because it was on there. I ate the center part and the frosting and threw out the rest. Don't waste your time here.

What a waste of my money. I did not think to read reviews before I made a purchase at this location because every time I have gone to one I have been pleased. Worst location ever, I agree with the other reviews, they must use day old buns. Dried out and overpriced.

Rude staff who refused to make more Cinnabons with 50 mins left to closing. Half the food looked stale as it was god forbid I asked for fresh food with almost an hour until posted closing. Do better.

I was excited to get a cinnabon after 5 years. I got to take 2 bites before my well creamered 6 total put in the coffee, burnt the top of my mouth and toung with 1 sip.
So i couldn't taste the bun anymore.
It should be illegal to serve coffee that hot. Ruined my breakfast and the next few days while my mouth heals.

Go instead to the Cinnabon at A gates if you can. They bake them fresh there. At this location they serve old buns from prior day - especially early
