Excellent taste on EVERYTHING we purchased. Not a better pretzel made. Although there was a long line it moved quickly. A tad pricey but top quality. The person taking the money was kind and you didn't feel like a number

Under new management and you can tell the difference. The packs are actually made daily now and you can tell. The line gets long on weekends and they get really really busy so just prepare for that! I also recommend ordering online with the app for pickup so you can skip that line! But the staff is super friendly and they all work as swiftly as possible! The mocholatta chill is a favorite with either cinnamon roll flavoring or peppermint added!! The classic roll is always fresh and just ask them to toss it in the oven or microwave if you want it hotter than it comes!!

I usually do not leave reviews but this place has to be a joke. This was the dirtiest place I ever seen. The counters looked like they have not been wiped in weeks.

very dirty. went into get a coke and glad that we didnt order food. it smelled and there was black stuff all under the oven and the floor is filthy.

They close without notice and walk around the store cleaning when customers are standing outside.. bad service.

Service was unsatisfactory. Staff and management were rude and very disrespectful to customers. They have very weird hours so be aware they may close at 4:30pm or 5:30pm or whatever time management feels like it. On this dreadful day, when asked if it was possible to purchase fresh Cinnabon Rolls I was hastily told “NO!” and to buy the 9 pack (to my dismay the 4 pack which is what I wanted was not available). Upon arrival at my home, my family and I began to eat out our rolls. To our horror they were hard and stale. My hard earned money down the drain.

I originally wrote a very bad review and posted it.However I am reacting it the manager is absolutely awesome. She is a very hard worker. I watched her making the delicious pretzels as well the cinnabuns.. She had two very nice young men working with her. My hat goes off to her work ethics. .It not easy being a a manager.
