I visited this Cinnabon location about a month ago, after taking a few years away due to quality issues, and the roll was perfect! Went back today, hoping to recreate that experience, and was very disappointed to see the quality had lapsed again. This is by far the most inconsistent Cinnabon location I’ve ever been to. I waited for a fresh baked roll today, and when I got home to eat it, discovered that the inside of the roll was dry. It’s like whoever made this batch decided to skip the butter & cinnamon between the layers, so there’s no ooey gooey center. The layers are also very thin and papery, which is causing the roll to fall apart very easily. Overall a pretty big disappointment when you’re looking forward to eating a nice treat at the end of the day. The saving grace for this location is the customer service. The young women that helped me were really nice, and friendly.

I also waited for like 10 minutes while were being indecisive. . .when there were two registers, and the other one was completely available.

The service is very bad. We asked for a bucket and they wouldn't make it for us. They wanted to sell them separately. I don't recommend it.

Always know that I’ll get a good cinnamon roll here! They are always fresh and delicious! Perfect midway shopping snack. Love to see management helping out their staff :) Very clean when I went in

I was given an not fully cooked cinnamon roll. I came in and the man in front of me bought the last one. They had more in the oven, so I agreed to wait 9 mins . I left and came back. I waited a little and then was given my roll. Which I didn't open to eat until this morning. It was small which I thought was weird and upon cutting it, I could tell it was cooked . It was doughy and very thin. I'm so unhappy, Cinnabon do not have stand alone stores so they are a treat when you go shopping at the mall. No one like to have a ruined treat.

Excellent taste on EVERYTHING we purchased. Not a better pretzel made. Although there was a long line it moved quickly. A tad pricey but top quality. The person taking the money was kind and you didn't feel like a number

Under new management and you can tell the difference. The packs are actually made daily now and you can tell. The line gets long on weekends and they get really really busy so just prepare for that! I also recommend ordering online with the app for pickup so you can skip that line! But the staff is super friendly and they all work as swiftly as possible! The mocholatta chill is a favorite with either cinnamon roll flavoring or peppermint added!! The classic roll is always fresh and just ask them to toss it in the oven or microwave if you want it hotter than it comes!!

They close without notice and walk around the store cleaning when customers are standing outside.. bad service.

On this dreadful day, when asked if it was possible to purchase fresh Cinnabon Rolls I was hastily told “NO!” and to buy the 9 pack (to my dismay the 4 pack which is what I wanted was not available). Upon arrival at my home, my family and I began to eat out our rolls. To our horror they were hard and stale. My hard earned money down the drain.
