I’m so upset with my experience with this Cinnabon. Not only did DoorDash not give me the option to get the cinnamon rolls without the colorful icing, but when it arrived (nearly 50 minutes late) it looked and tasted horrible. The colorful icing tasted like icing cheaper than the stuff you get on a Walmart cupcake. Im a college student who saved my money for a sweet treat to share with friends just to blow it on this horrible service. Definitely not worth my $22 dollars.

I feel totally conned. I don't eat at cinnabon but I was walking by and I saw a pecan roll, so I ordered one. I go to sit down I open the box and there's all kinds of crap on top of it last time I checked a pecan roll was just a pecan roll it didn't have anything on top of it but pecans. I took it back I asked for the pecan roll but I saw plain pecan roll. So she takes and there's frosting on top of it next time she brings to me. Like they don't know what a pecan roll is it's sitting in the display window. If you're not going to get somebody what your displaying then they going to feel conned. Don't display a pecan roll if you're not going to give somebody a pecan roll!!!!!

They have a terrible service, they took care of us very badly, everyone there reluctantly does their job, they should hire new staff because those they have there are rotten.
