The cinnamon rolls are exceptionally delectable, and I was pleasantly surprised to discover that they are vegan. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this establishment.

We went today for their buy one get one National Cinnamon Roll Day promotion. I got the Apple Pie roll (as is) and my son got the Very Berry with orange frosting. The toppings were good but the sweet frosting and toppings masked a mediocre cinnamon roll. Each roll cost $8-$9 that we got and I was hoping for a better roll with great toppings. Disappointed.

This place is an absolute joke. Sure, the food might be good, but that's where any redeeming qualities end. Whether it's the incompetence of the management or corporate's clueless decisions, it’s beyond frustrating. I’ve been to the one in Raleigh and Fayetteville that open way earlier so garbage decision. Who in their right mind thinks opening at 10 AM is acceptable when people want breakfast *before* work? It’s ridiculous. I've sent employees to pick up food, only for them to return at 10:30 or later—by then, nobody even cares anymore. And to top it off, they leave the "open" sign on before they're actually open, misleading customers and wasting everyone's time. The sheer stupidity of whoever's running this place is infuriating.

I've been to the Gastonia location and the Monroe location. This one was really disappointing. I was there an hour before close and felt like a total burden. The staff were rude and unhelpful. The cinnamon bun was tough and smaller than other locations. I will not be back to this one but love the brand!

Wow! Walked in at 10:10am and one staff member spoke another one had her back turned texting. Neither one said “ how can I help you or anything. I have never been here before so I just stood there waiting as I had a few questions. Good heavens, I wouldn’t want to interrupt the girl texting!! I finally just left and will never be back.

Asked if rolls were fresh and confirmed they were from today. Tasted otherwise and we threw away majority. Waste of money and first time doing such from any of the locations. Probably continue going to same location and stopped trying around. Disappointed so now headed for another dessert elsewhere. :(

I had never heard of Cinnaholic when the owner and his family came to my job. Their 2 young daughters bragged about the business and exactly what I should order when I go in. I finally got a chance to go and took their advice. The staff was amazing and helpful. The kids were right, they have plenty of options. I went with the Very Berry, the Carmel Apple, and the Shake Rattle and Roll. I'm not sure if it's a blessing that they are located so close to me, but I'll definitely go back!

Love that we now have a Cinnaholic in Ballantyne. Their rolls are amazing! We also love how delicious the brownies and cookies are!
