Great service, the staff was very nice. I didn't even want to write this review, but I had to. This is the worst restaurant I've ever eaten at. The food was soggy, and a $2 surcharge of salmon gets you a rubbery, chewy slab of wildly fishy-smelling mess. Sadly they dont ask how you want the bison burger, indicating their meat may be frozen. A $3 surcharge for said burger gets you a dry piece of mediocre meat with no sauce. However, The steamed broccoli was edible. I was excited to find a place with healthy food nearby, but my stomach hurts now. Tragic.

Truly a terrible experience all around. We were in Charlotte for a night and chose Clean Eatz to pick up dinner and take back to the hotel. We ordered the “Better 4 you Nachos” and upon returning to the hotel opened the box to find 5 burnt waffle fries with a little bit of beans and corn. We paid $13.49 plus tax for a box of 5 burnt fries. We drove back to Clean Eatz and kindly asked if this was standard or if we could possibly have more fries. Also, we asked for the cilantro and avocado that were missing. The person at the front was nice, but informed us that actually none of our three dinner items came with the avocado we ordered because the only ones they had were too hard to cut. (Why was this not told to us when we placed the order or picked it up?) We were then told the “Better 4 you Nachos” which is listed as a bowl, is weighed out to only 3 ounces of fries per order. Charging that much money for 3 ounces of fries is a true rip off. The picture on the menu shows a regular portion of fries, not 3 ounces. Lastly, as we were speaking to the person at the front, this person was playing with a loose strand of hair…literally looking down at it and looping it around their fingers. Needless to say we did not eat anything we bought. We were refunded for the fries which I appreciate. This place has a lot of potential but unfortunately was a gross and disappointing experience.

I got a bowl and the whole thing was wrong. The carrots were RAW, couldn’t even stick my fork through it. I ordered kale and quinoa, didn’t see any kale in the bowl. Didn’t order beans and corn yet those were in the bowl? Also, the Brussels sprouts were complete mush. You could tell they were never fresh in the first place. The only good part was the customer service and the smoothie. Would not return.

This squirrel was so excited by their food that he was eating whatever nuts it could in the trees outside. They have a good selection of healthy meal options for high protein, low carbon, keto, and other supplements and snacks to feed ya for as long as you buy. I stay in a hotel for work, and their meals are way cheaper and healthier than eating out for lunch/dinner!
I will start out by saying I did have an unfortunate experience regarding service at this restaurant and left a “less than stellar” review, but I am enthusiastically revising. The owner reached out and appologized and outlines how she will follow up to assure it won’t happen again. These say, who could ask for anything more? The food really is delicious and love the premade meals as you walk in. They give a list of protein, fat, carbs and calories easily seen on the package. They also have protein heavy and vegan options. This time I bought some breakfast options that I’m anxious to try. Definitely worth at least a try. Try the turkey burnt ends, you won’t regret it.

I was excited about this place and placed an online order but it was REALLY bad. I got a bowl with honey roasted carrots and chicken. The carrots were entirely raw and the chicken both looked and tasted like cat food. It was sooooo dry too.

I really enjoyed coming here for meal prepping for the week. Mostly everything I tried was tasty. Unfortunately it’s been roughly a year since I visited because my last meal gave me bad food poisoning. I know for sure it was the meal I got from clean eatz as it was my only meals I was consuming to lose weight and I started feeling sick hours after I ate it. Be careful with the chicken dishes you get, check to see if they are cooked properly and do not smell spoiled. I just thought mine was a bit pinker than I usually eat but figured it was meant to be pink from whatever seasoning they might have used. I will return but still kinda nervous. At least I lost some weight from food poisoning ??♂️
