I had an excellent experience with the Tate and Georgia Rose at Clean Juive. The employees were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and always went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied. I've had Clean Juice from the Stonecrest location but they were closed for maintenance so I took a drive to this one. It was somewhat busy, with a handful of customers waiting for the orders they already placed. But there was no line at the register, and I was able to order + tip right away. I don't know if standard practice is to ask for a name for the order; at the Stonecrest location they've never asked me, but it's always empty when I've gone so I assume there was no need. However I did give them my number which is part of their rewards program.
Despite the number of people waiting, they were churning out orders relatively quickly, one after the other. I began to notice that several people who came after me were getting their order before me. I didn't want to seem impatient and thought maybe my order needed more time? Though it was only a refresher. I made eye contact with the main worker (I think she had red or light brown hair?) making juices behind the counter numerous times to the point where we were just staring at each other on end. At no point did she ask if I was waiting for or placed an order.
Finally *I* asked her if something was wrong with my order and she asked what the name on the order was. I told her they didn't ask for my name but that I gave a number and ordered a dragon fruit refresher. She didn't say anything else and stepped away to make my order.
Once done, she said: "Here's your dragon fruit refresher", put it on the pickup counter and went back to making other orders. At no point during our interaction did she apologize for my order obviously being forgotten. The kicker is, on the cup was and order sticker that had my number and lo and behold... my name, which apparently was on file. So it's not as though she called my name out and perhaps I didn't hear it.
That interaction really rubbed me the wrong way. I was there for at least a half hour, 25+ mins of that half hour waiting for an order than would've never came had I not been the one to say something. The fact that she wasn't the least bit apologetic on top of that was icing on the cake.
I love Clean Juice - their menu items are delicious, but despite that, a lack of customer service can leave a sour taste in one's mouth.

This is one of my favorite places to eat. I visited this location for the first time yesterday and I loved itFood is delicious and is a lovely place to share a moment with friends.I met the owner and she is fantastic,she takes care of everything for costumers have a good experience. Really nice place, clean, everything is done fresh in front of you, fast and careful. You can customize everything and create your own drink/sandwich/wrap/bowl. Vegans have lots of options here. I do like to stop by occasionally to get a small drink or a wrap. The only downside is it's rather pricey for a quick drink or bite. And I do miss a nice fresh cup of coffee to go along with my wrap :)

Always pleasant! The owner Laura goes above and beyond. Her staff is fantastic and the food is organic, otherwise noted on the wall what they aren't able to source organic.Great options, including a seasonal menu! Highly recommend!!
