I am so disappointed of clean juice I ordered a chocolate smoothie with whey protein and and literally is water with cocoa and also order a toast with peanut butter and the toast was so hard it felt like the bread was old or expire I didn't even feel like eating it

Ugh clean juice hasn’t been the same . The people they hire just don’t care much . I’ve had so many bowls that turned into chocking hazard for my lil one bc it’s frozen fruit still clumped . They put barely any honey . Everything lacks flavor and effort. I used to get 2 clean juices the glow one everyday. To never again after chunks and chunks have been left behind making the juice just not enjoyable. They don’t use the strainers . If I had to get a store that’s a bit or miss is the one in Mathew’s 222 . They make it pretty good . Other places . Absolutely disgusting

Kaya, was extremely rude. So much so that I reported her to the franchise owner. I was having a horrible day and thought a fresh smoothie would cheer me up. She was so short and unkind that it made the day worse. She barely looked at me and acted like taking my order was the worst thing she could have done.

The smoothie itself was fine but $10 for a small which is too high.

Go to Hip Hop smoothies at Camp North End/ Uptown (7th st market), you’ll get a huge, ample portion, sugar free smoothie for the same price!! Better tasting too!

This is why it’s important to treat others well, especially when it’s your job. I have worked service industry for many years and it’s not that hard to be polite.

I came to view the reviews and turns out this exact employee has been reported and called out for her rudeness many times.

I hope the franchise owners take note.

Btw whenever I walk by literally no one is in there. Sales must be low. Could this (* cough* *SHE*) be why??

Got the worst service ever here from this bad attitude young lady this morning. I will never be back to this location again. Then she had the nerve to say she had a lot to do that’s why she had a bad attitude. Smh we had to cancel a $40 order on our way to work this morning. 8:10 am on Friday nov, 21

Loved the food here. I got the Electric one smoothie. It had 48g of protein!! I switched the almond milk for coconut water and I love that that’s an option here. I also got the breakfast sandwich. Sourdough bread, 580 cal, lemon salt and hard boiled egg. Popping off.

I expect a lot more for a $14 smoothie. I worked at clean juice in college and loved their smoothies and keep coming back now because of quality ingredients and good flavors.

However the service at this location was very disappointing. When I got there, there was only one person working, and I only ordered one smoothie. She proceeded to make this smoothie but then forgot to put ingredients in and proceeded adding and reblending and adding and reblending. While the smoothie was blending she left and went in the back for about five minutes and came back and threw the smoothie she had just made in the sink and started over. She didn’t speak to me the entire time and five minutes later made me a new smoothie. No other customers came in at this time and I was the only one there from the beginning. I would expect more communication if she had messed up or needed to fix the mistake but instead she just ignored me. I understand if she is new and needs more training, but as I was the only one there it should not take almost 20 minutes for me to get a smoothie. Especially when the smoothie is costing me $14. When I worked at Clean Juice in college, we made sure to have timely and quality service. At this location, I don’t feel that is demonstrated very well.

If you’re looking for a welcoming environment I don’t recommend coming while the light skin young woman is working. My family and I came in to grab some waters and the young woman literally did not say a word to us through the ENTIRE transaction. Even when her coworker came to help her with something the coworker said nothing to us. She then dropped the receipt and didn’t pick it up to hand back to my father. My father didn’t even know there was one there because she again did not open her mouth to speak. She was on her phone when we came in and was right back on her phone after checking us out.

This was my first and probably last time going if that is the atmosphere. This was at 5:20 on 7/6/25

It’s unfortunate that I’m writing this review because this has been my favorite clean juice location for a while. Yesterday I placed an order for delivery. I ordered an almond butter toast and a chicken/cheese wrap, both made gluten free. When I received the order there were no bananas on the toast and the gluten free bread was extremely hard but since I ordered delivery I thought maybe it was just because it had sat. I went back today to get a smoothie. The girl at the register wasn’t very pleasant at all which is a first as well for me at this location. I ordered a fig and fire on gluten free bread as well. The smoothie was great, one of the new ones. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the food again. The ricotta tasted like it was bad - extremely sour and there was so much of it, that’s all I could taste. The fig jam was not put on the bread there was only a very small amount on the ricotta. The mozzarella was also hard… so I’m extremely disappointed in these last two experiences. I know mistakes happen and bad days but I’m not sure how often I’ll be visiting this location anymore.

Taylor, the manager, was such a sweet sweet person to have taking my order as my first time being here. She was knowledgeable and was able to give great suggestions. I ended up getting 3 juices and signed up on the app! Also Sanyia was such a great help holding down the back of house!

Yum! I got “the tropical one”. lol got a little nervous when I saw it was so green, but it was delicious!! Very sweet! Fast too.
