This review is after waiting for a manager resolution since January 7th, 2026
We went and ordered acai bowls which were not up to par by any means when it comes to an acai bowl place. Our bananas very barely sweet, the acai base barely filled to half the portion. We asked for a refund, young lady in the register said the manager would contact us at our phone number. The next week, we were in the area. We spoke to the same young lady, said the said thing. I emailed corporate and still have not received a response. Barely an acknowledgment. Just horrible 2026 AI customer service if you ask me.
