I absolutely love clean juice and the Stonecrest one specifically. I have been more than a couple times and have had nothing but amazing experiences here. The employees are kind and helpful, always open to having conversation, and ready to serve. The food is always good, I usually get the avocado toast and it has always been made to perfection. I have had many of the smoothies on the menu and have never had such a great and refreshing smoothie before. This location specifically has always treated me with kindness and respect despite the times I’ve had complicated orders and I appreciate that more than anything and this is what keeps me coming back. Not only that but the environment and workspace are clean and I have never had to worry about any sanitary issues. The bathrooms are clean and tidy and the dining area as well as the kitchen are clean and I have personally seen workers keeping the spaces clean. I am and will be a repeat customer for as long as I live in Charlotte. Definetly recommend this place to anyone that wants a smoothie or good clean eats.

I’ve been coming here for years, but today’s experience was a big disappointment for a watered down smoothie with no taste. Price to high for two large smoothie’s that taste like nothing. I hope this isn't a statewide trend.

Amazing! I ordered the Protection one and Lanie made it just how I like it. The Protein Avacado toast bomb 10/10. This is my 2nd time visiting and will remain a customer!
I walked in to order my favorite Clean Juice bowl (Carrot Cake) and was told the item is no longer available due to menu changes. I relocated and my city doesn’t have Clean Juice locations so whenever I get an opportunity to swing by a location, I do.
Anyway, 2 young ladies working at the time shared the information about the bowl then walked away as I stood at the counter. They didn’t ask if I wanted to order anything else, they simply walked away. They didn’t ask if I had questions or offer to assist me.
When I’m in town, I typically stop by this location but after the subpar service I received today, I believe this review will suffice and I hope it’s used as a training opportunity for the employees I encountered.

I had a great a experience with Taylor yesterday at the Rea Rd Charlotte location. She was very kind and very helpful when I asked her questions. She mentioned she floats around to different locations so I may not see her again. I have never seen that level of service at any of the locations I've been to. She explained to me the juice sale that was going on and how to space them out when drinking them. I appreciated the time she took to be kind especially right when you all opened. Thank you Taylor for making my day and my drink great!!
