I walked in to order my favorite Clean Juice bowl (Carrot Cake) and was told the item is no longer available due to menu changes. I relocated and my city doesn’t have Clean Juice locations so whenever I get an opportunity to swing by a location, I do.
Anyway, 2 young ladies working at the time shared the information about the bowl then walked away as I stood at the counter. They didn’t ask if I wanted to order anything else, they simply walked away. They didn’t ask if I had questions or offer to assist me.
When I’m in town, I typically stop by this location but after the subpar service I received today, I believe this review will suffice and I hope it’s used as a training opportunity for the employees I encountered.

I had a great a experience with Taylor yesterday at the Rea Rd Charlotte location. She was very kind and very helpful when I asked her questions. She mentioned she floats around to different locations so I may not see her again. I have never seen that level of service at any of the locations I've been to. She explained to me the juice sale that was going on and how to space them out when drinking them. I appreciated the time she took to be kind especially right when you all opened. Thank you Taylor for making my day and my drink great!!

We stopped by the Charlotte location on Rea Rd yesterday on our way from Charlotte back to Wilmington. We had the breakfast wrap and a smoothie. The server went out of his way for us. We also bought 6 juices to take back and he supplied us with ice so the juice could stay cold. Very thoughtful. The restaurant was clean and had a great atmosphere. We travel to Charlotte about once a month so we will definitely be back!

Really great customer service. The young man that rang me up and made my smoothie was super polite and my smoothie was fresh and delicious. Great way to start my work day.
Chris is the best!! Today was my second time in this week. The first time Chris was working and make the best so basic one smoothie! So I came in today for the 2nd time and he was working again. He is very professional and friendly! Thanks for making my husband and I’s morning today! :)

This location was very disappointing, no manger on duty to give refund out while given bad customer service, I placed a order for me and my sister, waited over 10 minutes for the two employees to make our drink which they never did or even mentioned to us their going make our drinks. This place does not provide great customer service, which is sad because they weren’t busy, cause I was their only customer they just didn't care. I ask for refund and they didn’t even know how to do that! The girl just smirk at me when I ask to cancel my order not even bothering to ask why, I spent over 20.00 for two drinks i didn’t even receive and there no manger on duty to refund my money.
