I had an amazing breakfast from clean juice! Thank you Adrianna for assembling such a nutritious, delicious, and scrumptious bowl!! I will be returning shortly. The service was amazing, quick, and friendly. Even for a Saturday morning I was still helped promptly! 😁

I absolutely love this place and order from here at least 4 days a week. The smoothies and juices are delicious as well as the sandwich options are fresh. I also want to highlight Lanie who works at the Ballantyne location. She is such a hard worker, great personality and always provides service with a smile. This is my favorite location because of the staff.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service in every way possible! To start with, there is not 1 other customer in there, not busy at all no other orders, the girl that came from the back took and made my order seemed like she was on another planet. All i ordered was the avocado toast sprouted grain and said i only want lemon and salt and you don’t even have to cut the toast. Huhh, looked like what did you say, like it was a hard order.
So then she’s making my order waiting for the toast in toaster, stands there in meantime grabbing onto/holding a dirty towel sitting on the counter w her gloves until it’s done.
Then i see her making the toast, put olive oil on it and went for the cayenne flakes. I stopped her n said all i wanted was lemon and salt. She stood and looked for a second then says, you have to say you don’t want olive oil etc. I was like what?? Thinking it’s my fault because you didn’t type the order correctly?! When i say that any other time, the awakened know how to type the order..no olive oil etc. She types lemon salt. She kept making it cause i didn’t say make a new one, she didn’t even offer! Then gives it to me no apology, and big gray chunks avocado in it. I was like this is soo not what i ordered not my fault and said about the gloves sanitation. She made a new one. Wasn’t good but oh well. Toast cold like almost not even toasted honestly. Could barely taste any salt.
For $8 a small piece of toast w 3 things on it, avo, salt lemon, and it can barely be made right. I highly suggest not going to this location. Again she never once said sorry at all for her mistake, and even argued. Even argued when i showed the all the rotted chunks. That’s not rotted, it gets like that. Nothing was her fault whatsoever.

I came in with my husband to redeem two promotional cards for free smoothies that I had been gifted at work. The two employees at the front informed us that the new owners would not honor them because they were issued by the previous owners. This was despite the fact that the cards have no expiration date, and we were unaware of any ownership change. By the time we were told, one of the smoothies was already being made, and we were told we’d have to pay for both.
This left us with a negative first impression, and unfortunately, it will also be our last visit to this location. We will continue to give our business to the Waverly location instead. It seemed wasteful that product was prepared only to end up discarded or consumed by staff, and even more wasteful to lose potential new customers over an issue like this.
