I recently tried a smoothie and breakfast wrap. It was very good and fresh. The ‘Youthful One’ smoothie is absolutely delicious. The staff were very friendly.

Mark is the man , me and my sister went in and were greeted instantly with a smile and good vibes. He made our açaí bowls fairly quickly and they looked and tasted great. Whoever come on here and say the customer service is poor is probably having a bad day and is mad at the world. I have no complaints.

I want to leave this review in hopes the management see this. I came to this location several times and Mark is by far is the friendliest and hardworking individual I've encountered. He always has a smile on his face and greets everyone. I enjoy going there as he'll always light up my day. I hope the management recognizes his wonderful work ethics and awards him! He's a gem of a employee.

By far the best experience I’ve had in a long time! Marks energy was unmatched I was unsure of what to get he was knowledgeable on the menu and asked if I had any dietary restrictions before suggesting the avocado toast. He also informed me that they are open on weekends now! I will be back!

Very nice place! Mark was nothing but great. His customer service was awesome. He was very professional. Being an out of towner and feeling the “Southern hospitality”, makes me feel welcomed in Charlotte. Lastly the food and smoothies were delicious too!

Poor customer service. Found this location while staying at a hotel nearby. Was so excited until I had the experience. What started out as a miscommunication about whether or not they are cashless and me running back to hotel to fetch my card ended in an unnecessary back and forth discussion. Rude and non customer friendly

I work Uptown a couple of days each week, and this is my lunch time go to. Originally the fresh, healthy selection of sandwiches, smoothies and juices brought me in. Now the customer service keeps me coming back. Mark never misses an opportunity to greet me by name and goes out of his way to make me feel welcome.

The service was super bad, from the moment we entered until we left, the person who was in front saw us and was not able to tell us what the handling was like. In the end we did it and sat down to wait, for about 15 minutes waiting, the woman had made the juices and He was not able to tell us, it was a super bad experience.
