Watch out for the boot guys. I will not be giving this restaurant my business. I had to pick up an order and received a boot. I parked in a parking place. I did not see the sign until the boot guys pointed out the area it was at. Dirty. I was there at dark time.

Our server did very well at the beginning BUT after waiting one hour and a half for food (4 top), we were then notified that grits were being cooked! Thirty minutes after being notified (a total of two hours waiting for our food) We received a 10% discount………….and a Corona and Mimosa was taken off which was asked to be paid for and instead discount the food! The manager was very inconsiderate and rude!

Actually has the potential to be a good go to spot, especially if Thursday is your Friday to a three day weekend after a long work week! That was not my experience coming from Vegas (and originally being from Detroit) for a vacation getaway to Charlotte. My friend told me about a spot that matched my vibe. Hookah and R&B music. The club promoted free hookah on Thursday nights. They became very hostile when we asked that the hookah be refreshed. Eventually we ended up requesting a manage whom was extremely hostile and disgruntle about asking to have the coals replaced on the hookah. Even the hookah was advertised as free we even offered to pay if that meant the customer service for the hookah would be better.
If ever in Charlotte again I won’t ever be darken the doorstep of this establishment every again and it’s sad and sickening because this place had the exact vibe when seeking that true r&b vibe of the millennials
Based on the response from manager Kristen who basically brought us our bill and told us the table had been brought we could go sit at the bar if we like even though asked to sit at the bar from entering the establishment. They waiter was super nice and had good customer service, but unfortunately the manager Kristen attitude was horrible. It’s crazy because this place came highly recommended by locals and TikTok and it did not live up to the hype of the customer service. A gentleman brought us a shots of Teremana and I don’t know what tequila they have in the Teremana, but it was not Teremana. They also charge you 20% on to the bill. This is the only time the waiter didn’t have good customer service is when I asked for my receipt after she cleared it for me not to get one.
Amazing experience here on Sunday. I ordered the Lamb chops and egg, delicious and mouth watering. The service was top notch. Atmosphere spot on point for a grove in the afternoon.

I went on a Wednesday night while a celebrity was there. My friend got a section before hand right next to the DJ booth which is where the celebrity (Kehlani) was. I went to the bathroom and came back and they kicked them out the section saying that Kehlani wanted 2 sections and because of “security purposes” they moved us to the farthest section and had us in a section with over 15 people when in all reality they had people coming who knew the people who ran the club and had them take our section that she paid over $1,000 for. Mind you these girls who took our section didn’t even know one Kehlani song while we spent all this time and money to go to her concert and see her at the club. Because we didn’t know anyone they sent us to the back which was actually disgusting and despicable. We didn’t even have any room. They made my friend pay over 2.2k for a section and we didn’t even get our food or water that we paid for until they were closing. Someone took my purse and stole my AirPods as well. They found my purse with my wallet in it AFTER they closed and someone took everything else out of my purse and I have a feeling it was someone who worked there given they took forever to give it to me. I’m genuinely tired of black owned Charlotte clubs scamming their own people. Please get better communication, customer service, and find people who know how to actually run a business. I will never come back to this place. Please beware and find another place to go to.

Paid $60 for a hookah, waited forever for it. Asked them for it. Got it. Hit it 2 times and was told to leave for being rude to an employee. Hookah was forcefully ripped from my hands. I Really should be reimbursed my money. I have never been treated so poorly by service workers before. Truly pathetic experience. Would never go back. Ever.

My Sister and I went for their Sunday Brunch yesterday! The atmosphere and the food was amazing! The DJ was hype. When we got there no one was their to set us. So I asked the bartendee if we could just have a seat. She said it was fine. We sat down for about 15 mins and no one ever came to serve us. So I went to the same bartender and she was so kind. She took our order and got us drinks. Food came out quick. After we were don't eating it took them awhile to get our empty plates. Guess they cared more about the VIP sections. So the same bartender got someone for us. Not sure of the bartender "Keana" "Kiara", but we really appreciate your help! The hookah was $60 but definitely worth the price!
