Attended for a promotional event which included a Brunch from 12-2pm and a Day party from 2-6pm. My party arrived at 1215pm. We were the first to arrive so we were able to pick our booth. Let me start by saying the space is small. There are about 12 booths total. No free standing tables. Maybe 15 bar stools. (I’m guessing as I don’t recall the exact number). The establishment was clean but again we were the first to arrive. The bathroom was obviously clean but the paper towel dispensers were out. The staffed placed dinner napkins on top which eventually ran out and were not replaced. 2 stars because again, we arrived 15 mins after opening, ordered by 1230 and were informed the only proteins available were chicken wings and whiting. 🤬. That means, No; Lamb, steak, salmon, lobster, or shrimp. I asked specifically if the breakfast potatoes came with onions and peppers as advertised and was reassured they did…they ABSOLUTELY DID NOT. The Staff then assured the premium proteins were in route and I would be notified when they were in house. Needless to say we left around 7pm and I never received the lamb chops that were so delectably advertised on their website and menu. Another member of my party ordered honey old bay chicken and red velvet waffles. They would not put either the honey or old bay on the side, understandable, however, the plate was delivered with regular waffles, and when pointed out, the server questioned whether or not we were color blind, in so many words. Specifically we were asked if, “there was any kind of pink to the waffles?” 🤨 Ummm, Red velvet waffles aren’t slightly pink! There is a distinction. We were willing to accept the mixup, however the initial greeter came over to check on us and without hesitation corrected the mistake. (Again we thank them immensely and that’s why they were compensated accordingly).
The greeting staff was pleasant. Which lead to us requesting them throughout the day as our assigned server did not have a pleasant disposition and took away drinks and food before we were finished without asking. Mind you, 20% gratuity is included therefore we tipped the other server/greeter separately and in cash.
I would like to end with a suggestion. A place where bottle service is given, attention is placed on “bottle service girls” however, women are also in parties where bottles are ordered and in some sections ladies are the ones ordering the bottles. Detail should be centered, as well, on the men in the bottle servicing party. Gratuity is given to the group! Frowning, yawning, and overall lack of “we’re happy to over charge you for these bottles and gladly take your money” expressions does not make for a great or even worth the money experience.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Cloud. The management and staff were incredibly unprofessional, creating unnecessary conflict with customers rather than ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The service was slow, disorganized, and lacked basic customer care. Instead of addressing concerns professionally, the staff seemed more interested in arguing than resolving issues.
A night out should be enjoyable, but unfortunately, the negative attitude and lack of professionalism from the team made it anything but. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a respectful and well-managed establishment.

How can you advertise for brunch but you don't have tables. The only tables were the bar area. (It was a party of 8)They seat you at the VIP areas which only has this little ottoman like thing to place a hookah or drinks on. We had to hold our bowls in our laps to eat (that was crazy). This place is a club that they decided to monetize off of brunch. During brunch why are you playing the music soo loud that you can't even talk with your friends. And it is dark as hell in there. The food was OK though.
Please add REAL tables at least during brunch and put them back up when you turn it back into a club. New furniture is also needed. The pleather chairs had all sorts of holes in them. I will never go back.

I’m from outta town and I saw this place on TikTok. Once me and my friends got there. We sat 20 minutes before being greeted by our server. She did say they were short staffed. I was irritated because instead of them saying certain things were out and I couldn’t order. They took the order anyways and kept me waiting forever. I waited over an hour for 4 mini eggo waffles.. the chicken was good !! The bathroom .. LEAKING WATER from the ceiling. One stall was flooded . I had to wipe my behind with paper towel . I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a good time
The energy killed my vibe and it was a weak first time . Wouldn’t come back

Watch out for the boot guys. I will not be giving this restaurant my business. I had to pick up an order and received a boot. I parked in a parking place. I did not see the sign until the boot guys pointed out the area it was at. Dirty. I was there at dark time.

I absolutely love Cloud. The environment is a vibe, the music is always on point, the bartenders and bottle girls are nice, the hookah is of quality and the food display is nice and tastes good. Thanks for your consistency .

Our server did very well at the beginning BUT after waiting one hour and a half for food (4 top), we were then notified that grits were being cooked! Thirty minutes after being notified (a total of two hours waiting for our food) We received a 10% discount………….and a Corona and Mimosa was taken off which was asked to be paid for and instead discount the food! The manager was very inconsiderate and rude!
