Best place for soccer season or before concerts

The food leaves a lot to be desired it the service and the atmosphere is top of the notch. I went before a Charlotte FC game and it set the vibe perfectly for the game.

The staff was so pleasant and my food was amazing!!!

The Food is already great and a solid value on its own, but when you consider their daily specials, its actually mind boggling how cheap some of their meals are.

The Tuesday burger deal is insanely good value. You can get the Clutch Mac burger (like a big mac but actually much better and larger) with a side for $10. An actual big mac deal from the golden arches is $12- is that not just insane? Like if you ever eat fast food instead of clutch, you're wasting your money.

Again, even outside of the daily specials, their food is worth it.

Absolutely the WORST experience ever , that I have had in Charlotte , 2 friends & myself stood at the bar for atleast 20 mins , after first server we encountered said she would clean the table so we could sit at it , while everyone kept walking past us didn’t even offer to assist us , then when they did ask what we were waiting on we told them we already spoke to another young lady who was supposed to clean the table off so we could sit there , we waited another 15 mins then asked for the manager because at this point we had already talked to 2 different servers & instead of them assisting us they sat in the bar area talking and playing with their hair over the people’s drinks , when the manager did come out he was super useless , & rude , he came out & told the servers to clean the table & they waited another additional 15 mins to even clean the table so at this point we have been here about half an hour & still no service , once we sit down one of the servers with dark hair came and slid 2 menus on the table even though it was 3 of us , so we could tell nobody really wanted to assist but we had just paid 30$ for parking not even an hour before so we tried to stay but the last straw was us asking for an additional menu & right after the server goes to the manager in our face & lied & said we cursed at her , so he comes over repeating it & we are all confused like sir no one cursed at her we just asked for a menu , & he said oh well she said yall did so I’ll just serve yall , in the nastiest tone possible so we could tell he was already upset & we didn’t wanna risk anything going “ wrong “ with our food so I politely said we are sorry for wasting their time we didn’t want any trouble we would just leave & requested our 30$ parking fee back , at that moment he rushed us all outside to the guy who we paid for parking & told him “ they aren’t coming in can you give them a refund “ whole time we were already in the establishment , I would NEVER come back again , as a social media influencer and we are all veterans that had to be the worse experience ever , I’m not sure if it was a race thing but I would like to add , they just didn’t seem to African American friendly , they were rude from the moment we walked in .. Will not be suggesting this place to anyone !!!! It won’t let me post the video of the Manager walking us out abruptly , or the young ladies just standing around talked but here are the screenshots of the videos . I will be posting the videos on TIK TOK & all other social media plateforms , just to raise awareness . Also I’d like to add , if you go look at their instagram page you will see there is NO pictures of them serving African American ppl , all the pictures are of caucasian people . Go check it out for yourself !!!

This was such a disservice. The waitresses were rude. They were unprofessional playing in their hair while at the bar not doing anything. This is the worst service I have received in a while. They stated they were busy and me and the party I was with was very patient but they were just standing around. We asked for the manager and he was rude too. The entire experience was unsanitary and unapeasing.

It has been a while since I went to Clutch. I live in Mooresville, so it is a bit of a commute. But I recommend them. It is worth the drive.

I have come here a handful of times and always have the same server, Chloe. She is without fail, always horrible. Her customer service is terrible. She is rude. She acts as if she is inconvenienced by anything you ask of her. She will blatantly ignore eye contact, so if you need anything I guess just suck it up. Everytime someone suggests coming here, I only associate to the horrible experience Chloe provides. The overall ambience of Clutch is perfect for a game day but refuse Chloe’s service.

Nice venue for sports watching

Went here with a group of friends, I asked a bartender if they made espresso martinis, she said no, not a big deal. I came back over to my friends who all had espresso martinis that were served by another bartender. Clearly the staff only serves what they want to who they want. Why? You’re a bartender, your job is to make drinks. Wouldn’t recommend coming here if you want to be treated and served equally as any other customer.
