Mandy was our server and she was fabulous! Originally from Nova Scotia and very friendly and knowledgeable, Mandy made our Via Roma experience a 10 out of 10! The food was delicious and well worth the prices.

What a wonderful find! We have passed by this restaurant many times and decided last night to give it try. We absolutely loved the extensive menu and daily specials. The food was superb and delicious. A wonderful wine selection. The service was excellent. We think we have found a new favorite and are already planning our next time to come back.

A fantastic little place with a ton of gluten free options. We dined on a Sunday and everyone enjoyed their food from my little kids to me and my wife. My wife got a fantastic curry and I had some of their velvet crunch roll with the pork belly roll. Can’t wait to visit again.

Service took forever, bartender didn't know how to make a spicy Paloma, bruschetta was the worst, and pasta was NOT al dente. Very disappointing and Will NOT be going back.

Via Roma is our favorite restaurant in the Charlotte area. I am from NYC and Italian, so my standard for Italian food is very high. The service is fantastic and the drinks are delicious, too.

One of the worst places I have ever eaten. The Pad Thai was so over sauced you couldn’t eat it. I told the waitress and she just brought me more noodles to add to it.. no offer to remake it. It was still gross. The staff walks around on their phones, manager is not engaged and just being a bro with staff. Never came to our table when they knew we were dissatisfied with meal. Will never go back. Absolutely horrible. Long ago I worked in a restaurant and this environment and management was terrible.

I placed an order for chicken pho they brought out beef… Drew says we will get you chicken ! We watched them pick the beef out the bowl then add chicken this is the manager doing this smh horrible never ever coming back
