I love this place! Q was my server. She’s amazing! She’s very kind, attentive, and patient. If you ever get a chance to sit in her section, she’s going to take special care of you!

Can't go wrong with this place, especially on Tuesday and Thursday 4-7pm happy hour 1/2 off sushi, sake and other menu items. LOVE the beef kimchi dumplings, mango summer roll, rainbow sushi and blackberry sake. Food was fast and flavorful, not to mention the price was friendly.

I had to wait 45 min for my food, and I ordered onions and no Thai basil with chicken . No damn chicken! I had a 30 min drive home. I was so excited and had to through most away because of the taste. $28 WHAT A SHAME! I love the curry soup bowl. I just hate that I might not go back.

Not the best place for quality food or authentic Asian food. The South Charlotte area has so many great Asian restaurants, please consider others before trying Co. Many dishes here are reminiscent of frozen, generic foods that I could buy for much cheaper and heat up at home.
The unannounced service fee is disappointing. I hate when owners are not transparent. Be honest and advise what the costs are.

Food was good, as usual, with lots of options to customize - not spicy, vegetarian, etc
But disappointed by the service today - it was terribly slow. We had to ask twice for silverware, had empty glasses for over 20 min, they almost forgot a drink. But most importantly they brought out the wrong dish twice! It took over 30 min just for that 1 dish!
The manager was very aloof - didn’t seem to know what was going on in the restaurant. Maybe better staff training so they ask the appropriate questions and know the answers to common questions.
We usually have a good experience, so it was disappointing for our guests.

So I've tried this place three times, after being a regular customer at their other Park Rd. location but moving out this way, the Waverly location is now closer to home. That being said, Waverly has disappointed all three times. The service has been painfully slow (waited just over an hour tonight for our 4 rolls and 2 small bites.) The lighting is SO bright and flickering at times, which is just irritating as can be. The prices listed on their website are significantly lower than the menu in the restaurant. To end on a good note, the food is delicious and fresh every visit, if you have the patience, time and sunglasses to be able to enjoy it. Hoping these guys turn things around, as I'm a fan of the food!

I have been here several times in the past and everything has been great. However this visit was just okay. I went around 13:00 on a Monday. The restaurant was not too busy and I was seated right away. This time I ordered the kung fu crunch roll. I liked it because it has cream cheese in it. I also got the Korean rice bowl. Overall it was okay. It’s not my favorite thing in the menu, I prefer their broth dishes.
My main notes this time was that the service was just okay. Our server was fine, but we did not see them a lot. I had to wait a long time for more water. The other thing that put me off was the dirtiness of the restaurant. The floors were not clean. I could see visible stains on the dining room floor, also the bathroom floor was very sticky. Almost like it has not been cleaned in a while. Our table was also not the cleanest. It had food residue and visible soy sauce stains. I was very disappointed because usually this restaurant is top notch. Not to mention that since this place serves sushi, it needs to be extra clean.
Overall the food was up to par, but the service and cleanliness of the restaurant was lacking. If the prices were cheaper this would be somewhat justified. I hope this was just an off visit and things are back to normal next time.

Via-Roma is the definition of a neighborhood Italian restaurant for those of us down here in South Charlotte... Eight years going strong!!!!🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷
After taking a break from CO for over 8 months, we finally returned and really enjoyed our food. Although we mostly ordered sushi rolls, they were really flavorful and fresh.

Great service and good food, although some of the dishes could have used a little more seasoning. Enjoyed our evening and will be back.
Mandy was our server and she was fabulous! Originally from Nova Scotia and very friendly and knowledgeable, Mandy made our Via Roma experience a 10 out of 10! The food was delicious and well worth the prices.
What a wonderful find! We have passed by this restaurant many times and decided last night to give it try. We absolutely loved the extensive menu and daily specials. The food was superb and delicious. A wonderful wine selection. The service was excellent. We think we have found a new favorite and are already planning our next time to come back.
Great place. Lily was a wonderful server. Q was great as well. Food is consistently good. One of our regular spots.

A fantastic little place with a ton of gluten free options. We dined on a Sunday and everyone enjoyed their food from my little kids to me and my wife. My wife got a fantastic curry and I had some of their velvet crunch roll with the pork belly roll. Can’t wait to visit again.
