Did an online order which stated a 30min wait for the food to be prepared. Arrived on time and it wasn't ready yet. Waited another 40min in the restaurant for my food. Staff won't even address what is taking so long either. There are 10+ open tables too so it's not that they were slammed either. Very disappointing for my first experience with this restaurant. When I finally got my food, it was really good, but the service will likely dissuade me from ordering from there again.

If I could give the service a 0,I would. There was no hostess and we waited a while to be seated. Waitress was new and not trained well. We never received plates and silverware for a party of 5. We had to get up numerous times to get soy sauce, forks and even to pay our bill. We asked to speak to a manager to share our experience since we are locals. Manager could care less and made excuses she did not take any accountability. Manager was young and inexperienced to handle a restaurant like this.Sushi and noodles were good, however curry was very salty. Cocktails are weak. Restaurant is extremely understaffed.

I came in to get a birthday lunch with my mom today I rarely leave reviews but I feel compelled to write this one. Food was fantastic, my server was awful. A different server than mine ran my sushi roll out and said the name of it. Food was brought to our table that we didn’t order and our server told me that we did, I am 100% sure that I know what we ordered. She made me and my mom feel dumb because she messed up. After we told the server that we didn’t order it she assured me that we did…. Then she told me that my roll was a poke bowl (which makes zero sense as the other server said the name as she dropped it off) and was so rude. I didn’t want to embarrass my mother but if a guest tells you that they didn’t order something why wouldn’t you take it back and comp it? My mom ended up paying for it, but seriously!? Unreal. Most unfriendly, undermining, and rude server. Please examine your staff and DO BETTER.I believe the servers name was Kayla. If she is your server, you just shouldn’t eat there.

My friends and I have been going to CO for a few years now…. The place use to be packed, what happened?What happened was… the manager is by no means, warm and fuzzy.. she is cold as ice. If she doesn’t like her job… go elsewhere. With a 3.8 rating…. Uh, yea… no. Don’t EVEN use the restrooms.She insisted an awful wine pour was 7 oz…. Heck no! Comparing it to other restaurants that are 8 oz… it’s impossible… you asked for a review… you got it…. There are MANY people that will back up this review ….. go elsewhere.

Went for my birthday. It was disappointing. The veal was overcooked and tough. The pasta was underdone. Family had the lasagna and loved it so stick with pasta. The waiter was a bit abrupt.

Last week I went back to Co during happy hour. It's been almost a year since I've dined here, and it was just as I remembered. The server was attentive and the apps came out quickly. You can't beat their happy hour specials. It's worth the visit, even if there is a little wait.
We had a reservation and were seated immediately. The waiter was very attentive. The atmosphere is very nice and you can hold conversations as its not too loud. Linen table cloths add a nice touch. You can feel comfortable dressing business casual and up. Jeans and a dress shirt worked for many. The food is fantastic. I had the Mare which is seafood over linguini. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of seafood, especially that it had a full lobster tail and a claw. Based on that I felt it was very reasonably priced. Great place for a night of Italian food.

Great variety of Italian gourmet dishes. The regular menu is very good and the choices of the day are the best. We eat at Via Roma frequently as we really enjoy the quality of the food and wine along with the ambience of the restaurant.

Took my 2 young children for an early V-Day, and staff was so accommodating. Kids loved all the pasta, and the dessert they brought us. Nice to be able to take kids to a nicer restaurant and receive good service.

Our server, Paul, was phenomenal. He was attentive without hovering and made great recommendations. One member of our party is gluten sensitive and Paul definitely knew the menu well enough to make recommendations. The food was absolutely delicious and I would definitely visit again!
