Walked here for coffee and a croffle with my toddler. At 9am they told me it’d be about an hour before the croffles were ready. They made up some reasons but the truth of the matter is that they don’t staff appropriately or operate in a way to offer their full menu during business hours. Luckily, UDM has a kids play area so we played for an hour and my toddler was still demanding his “waffle” so I tried to order one. They acted like it was a huge hassle and at 10 they said it’d still be 15 minutes before they were ready. Extremely disappointing experience, though I must say the coffee tasted great.

Worst matcha I have ever tasted in my life! The coffee shop is merged with the bar so the vibes were off and the service was average.

Insultingly bad coffee. I got a hot latte. He put cold milk over espresso. He didn't mistakenly give me an iced latte, to be clear. It was in a hot cup and without ice.
Disappointed because I just recently came and got bingsoo and it’s not like how it usually is. I usually have good experiences and get a good portion size. I got two orders and one of them wasn’t full and as much as they usually give. In the photo, on the left, there was barely any ice, compared to the right which is a little more accurate to what they give. Just disappointing that for $14, they can’t give you all of what you order. It’s expensive for it to be skimped out on. — I still love their bingsoo, just a disappointing recent experience.
So incredibly slow. Terrible service
Just ordered a food item online and drove 20+ min away from my home to come pick up. Once I arrived and came to pick up, the worker informed me that they went ahead and refunded me because they ran out of the item online. This made me furious because no one had the sense to call me to let me know prior to pick up that they were out of stock. I wasted my time to drive up here!
The Corn Latte is the best thing on the menu!!! 😉

Real gross, like a campus coffee shop full of untrained student employees
Great place to get a cup of coffee and relax! So much seating and so many indoor activities and other food markets to go to. Definitely will be coming back

Wouldn't recommend as I didn't get my order or a refund. I was there on 9/12 and purchased a Taro Bubble Tea. After waiting a while for it, I walked back over to check and was then told they didn't have any taro because they had sold out the day before. The cashier said he could give me a refund and gave me a receipt for it and told me it would go back on my card. A couple days later when I realized I still hadn't seen a refund on my card, I looked at the receipt I realized it said cash tendered but he never gave me cash. So he lied. I emailed Urban District Market since that was the contact listed for & Coffee but never received a response--so unfortunately it looks like I'm out the money.

Didn't know what to expect but this breakfast toast is amazing! Super quick also.

It’s a cute atmosphere and the staff is kind, but their cold brew is consistently terrible. It’s either old or over steeped or maybe bad quality coffee. I’ve gone here several times on Saturday/Sunday mornings after workouts next door. I’ve tried their earl grey latte too but was also disappointed. They didn’t use a tea bag—it was poured from a store-bought bottle. They don’t offer fresh half and half. If you ask for a splash of cream in your $5 cold brew, they point you to those little shelf stable tearaway cups. That creamer offering doesn’t match the price point.

Cute Asian coffee spot in Urban District Market. I’m a big fan of their iced oolong tea, and I can’t wait to come back and try more!

Such a cute coffee shop. I got the caramel latte and unfortunately spilled most of it as I sat down at the table. Laura at the counter was so sweet and made me another one even though I said she didn’t have to because I felt so bad for making a mess. The drink was delicious and the service was awesome.

2024.04: My friend and I chose & Coffee to meet because we each live 45 minutes away from it and from different directions.& Coffee is a coffee bar adjacent to shelves filled with international groceries in a corner of a food court.I was late in meeting a friend because the parking was limited and congested. I found myself standing around, waiting because there wasn't seating at the bar, and my friend had a similar challenge with his car.At 4 pm, & Coffee wasn't busy. Nevertheless, my tea took a long time. I guess the bar doesn't maintain an immediate source of hot water for the tea bags - so it does take time to boil water. The barista mixed up my friends and my drinks, which wasn't an issue since the clientele equaled two.I chose the honey ginger tea, and my cup of tea cost about $6. It was very sweet. All things considered, I think that if I was local and could walk here, and I learned the menu, then I would occasionally visit the bar. This friend and I will probably choose another coffee shop for text time we meet.
