Just another average hotel rooftop bar. Definitely a spot for evenings as there is not much shade. You must check in with omni hotel staff to get here and usually costs $25 to just get in (if you are not staying at the omni or a member of Athletic One). Omni staff always unpleasant to deal with (being a local to uptown).

I attempted to book this space for a private event, but unfortunately, the F&B manager didn't seem interested in helping me out. Her attitude seemed rather arrogant and privileged. It was quite disappointing.

Yikes, just got in and the very unwelcoming bartender with one up here not only didn’t greet us when we came to the bar, but tried to ask a question completely ignored our group of 5. No wonder this place isn’t busy on an NFL Sunday. Really unfortunate. The owners should know they need to focus on hospitality first when hiring. Don’t plan on spending anything here now.

I thought the Omni brand meant luxury and quality. Boy was I disappointed. Let me start out by saying that this is the first hotel in my life where there is nowhere to hang towels or wash cloths in the bathroom. The linen on the bed looked like someone had already slept in it. I know this is not Omni's fault but the noise from the street below at all hours of the night made it impossible to get a good nights rest. We originally booked for three nights and ended up leaving in two. Kudos to the front desk, bell boys and valets they were the exception to the rule.
The pool is very small but still enjoyable. Music during the weekend is great but boring during weekdays. Not fair for those vacationing during weekdays. William was our bartender. 5 stars for service and 5 stars for the delicious cocktails and shots he made. The service William and Jeremy both provided was amazing! The only satisfying part of our stay at Omni.

The location is amazing but you don’t have to leave! The bar has great food! The staff is so kind and accommodating! Special shout out to Reggie who I watched handle a bigot with grace and professionalism! The size of the rooms are awesome! I liked the Omni so much that the company I was working for sent me to another hotel and I still went to the Omni for the bar and ambience!
Everything was beautiful and comfortable! Everyone there was EXTREMELY accommodating, kind, and energetic! The bartenders were very attentive, my date and I had a blast chatting them up! A young dark haired woman and a young man were there. Wonderful service!! Them, along with a few others of the staff really stood out to me. Yasmine (forgive any misspelling) was extra welcoming, especially to my date and his family (who had never been to the QC before!) and made sure everything we all needed was taken care of. VERY cool to chat with her, she was such a lovely, fun girl! Then, Justice was just wonderful in the club room. He was so cool and made sure we were VERY well taken care of regarding the charcuterie, wine and snacks. He definitely deserves a raise or promotion of some kind, totally outstanding young man! Then we met Hector, who also impressed us highly with his awesome personality and smile! He was very informative, extremely helpful, and showed us some true hospitality, along with the others mentioned before. A very cool dude!! All around AMAZING experience. The pool was beautiful and romantic, the food was mouth watering; I truly hope to come back!!!?

We stayed at the Omni hotel in Charlotte for four nights and our experience was simply amazing. Special shout-out to Fanny at the front desk. She was super helpful and made our stay a memorable one. Also to Amanda and John. Their hospitality is top notch. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.
Huge thank you to Amanda for being so accommodating for my sons multiple food allergies and always having things available and even made especially for him. She made this trip with our kids truly wonderful. The hotel manager was very friendly with us and our kids and even shared some cool insight on local celebrity things including their cars. He took interest on our kids interests and was always so warm when he welcomed us.
We were visiting Charlotte for a concert and the hotel was as completely full. Valet parking was handled efficiently and quickly. Some rooms were not ready but the staff was professional and extremely helpful. The hotel was offering complimentary food and drinks to make the wait easier. The rooms are beautiful and extremely comfortable. While waiting gif the valet to bring our car, it was quite busy but we were offered waters, cookie and croissants. The customer service was exceptional in every way!
Hotel is nice but could use updates. This was the least of my problems. I checked out and accidentally forgot 2 dress shirts and 2 dress pants in my room closet. About 5 hours later, when I got home from the airport, I realized I left them in my closet at the hotel. I immediately called the hotel who referred me to a 3rd party website to make a “report.” Two days later I get a generic reply email that if my clothes are located they’ll get ahold of me. I called on day three and asked for the manager. The manager seemed like I was bothering her and transferred me to the ‘Lost & Found dept.’ The lost and found guy basically said, “If we find your clothes, we’ll get ahold of you.” Two months later, no dress clothes found. This hotel obviously has internal theft problems. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
The staff from start to finish was outstanding. The room was just fine, plus it was on the same floor as the pool. I had my 4 & 6 year old grandkids and we had a grand time for 2 days. This was our second visit to the Omni Charlotte and both times we were very pleased.
