Finally got to try this gelato spot the moment the weather warmed up! I tried their chocolate orange tiramisu flavor and it was DELICIOUS. The texture was great, flavor was dynamic, and it reminded me of an orange PIMS cookie (for any other European cookie fans out there... you know!). Can't wait to try more flavors!

This was such a great find while in the area. The store was very bright and welcoming. A great selection of flavors and friendly staff. A wonderful neighborhood spot with a lot of parking around. Would definitely come back.

Was super excited to try this place. When I think of gelato ice cream I think of light fluffy and melt in your mouth. The gelato didn't do that for me and maybe it was the flavor I got. Overall the flavor of the gelato was pretty decent the cone was amazing I loved how thin and tasty it was. The service was super friendly and the inside was super clean with a nice hang out spots.

I love going to Cold Hearted Gelato! It's easily the best gelato in Charlotte, and beyond. They have wonderful and innovative flavors that I cannot get enough of. They flavors rotate so there's almost always something new to try. If you ever end up there when they have a chai gelato and spiced pear sorbet get them together, you're welcome. Now you can get espresso with your gelato. Can't wait to go back ... again

This gelato is amazing! My husband and I had the cutest, most delicious gelato cups catered for our wedding rehearsal gathering in June 2023. Elinn was so easy to work with and even made personalized stickers to go on top of each pre packaged cup, adding an adorable, personalized touch. Highly recommend!

Yummy gelato spot! Came here with a fellow dessert connoisseur and we were both impressed with the flavor, portion and price. Small seating area inside, but quite open and bright and cheery. Really enjoyed it!

I shared two scoops and we chose the lavender blackberry cake along with a scoop of bay leaf and Strawberry. We came close to closing time, which made us feel bad, but we had the chance to just go and get a couple of scoops and head out. They were closing up shop but they were still busy and I'm happy they didn't close early. The shop itself is super cute, but I would say that there's just a ton of space for just their gelato. I wished they could fill out more space or do something more? Either way if there was more seating or cute standing tables that could probably be more inviting. The gelato itself was great. The cake was there and lavender was lavender forward. But, strawberry was okay I don't think bay leaf ever does anything and if it does my taste buds aren't good enough to taste it. But strawberry is always a favorite. Overall a great experience at a neighborhood gelato spot. Would definitely come back if I was in the mood for gelato (usually happens when it's extremely hot...) And wanting to try out new flavors! If you live nearby, I would definitely recommend this place.
