Cold Stone Creamery

The staff is very rude and is not listening to the needs of the customer. Also, the ice cream tasting is not the same as I find in another Location.

I visited this location today and I don’t know how or why it happened but a young lady named Taylor was left to work along during rush hour. I was so impressed by her composure and professionalism as she dealt with a long line, online orders, and phone calls all on her own. Management should take notice - she did an AMAZING job and that should be applauded.

Well, at home on my day off, I saw a cold stone, creamery commercial the M&M chocolate chip cookie sandwich with a vanilla ice cream is what made me get up out of bed and come to the store. I asked for the cookie sandwich we don’t sell those individually you have to get a four pack I said OK give me a four pack then she says we don’t have any cookies so I then asked why didn’t you lead with that instead telling me I would have to get a floor then I asked her why I didn’t have any cookies. She said she didn’t have time she’s not there alone. They are not busy. It’s Tuesday afternoon. It’s 230 so lunch hour is over. Why can’t she throw the cookies in the oven

If you are having sweet tooth this is best place to their different flavors of ice creams

Am sorry to say this, but this Cold Stone location is Not a Very welcoming place, they're very Cheap and Stingy with the Ice cream and they barely have much selections to choose from, I wish some of the stores from South Florida could show them how to run a Cold Stone creamery store and how to let customers feel welcome, don't think I would recommend anyone are myself to go there again. store address 2700 W mallard creek st#210 Charlotte NC

good place to try something different flavors of Ice Cream.

I can’t understand why the ratings are low. This is by far the best ice cream I’ve ever had! The toppings just don’t sit on top, the flavor is infused into the ice cream with the toppings just to be complimentary. 10/10

Came here with friends, line was busy but worth to wait, ladies were patiently helped me and my friends. Delicious ice cream!

Came here over the weekend, not only did the young lady that prepared my order make it completely wrong but she also put nuts in there! I have a nut allergy and grateful I had my EpiPen. I ordered a banana cream pudding & she gave me vanilla ice cream. Which would’ve been the least of my worries.. Try minimizing conversations with coworkers while taking/making orders, things could’ve been much worse :/

Lasan sorry if I spelled your name wrong. This young lady is a gem to this location. Her level of customer service is out of this world. She went above and beyond with her recommendations and was able to satisfy my gf who truly loves cold stones. We visit many locations here in Charlotte but this visit hit different for us both. Thank you again.
