i feel like it’s a known fact that coldstone is very over priced but it is good so this locations customer service is very good tho and clean as well
I try to give grace since it’s an ice cream shop run by kids, but it’s frustrating when you get skipped and your order’s still wrong. I ordered two different ice creams, asked for confirmation after not seeing all the ingredients in one just to find out that wasn’t the case when I made it home. Waste of a drive and money, smh
I always have a good experience here. Relatively close to my home. Shania and Chris are great employees with a cheerful and helpful demeanor.

Very slow service in store and failed to complete an online order placed in advance. They were out of lots of items and ingredients. Definitely put a damper on birthday plans.
Decided to try to order from coldstone for birthday cupcakes. Ordered 48hrs before picking up, and prepaid. When I came right on time for my pick up, they said they only had 2 boxes instead of the 3 I had ordered. They took almost an hour to even help me even though there wasn't anyone else in the store at the time. They offered for me to purchase a cake that was already made. Then made a phone call to their manager because I refused to purchase something when they should have had my order ready or at least called me earlier to notify me that it was incorrect. They told me they didn't have the materials to make them either.
Then they said they would make them even after lying and saying they couldn't. While they made them, they left the other 2 boxes out of the freezer for 35+ minutes so they melted..
Terrible experience. Specifically Laura was very unhelpful and lied. I would appreciate a follow up on my experience.

Employee was friendly & served me with smile & ask me all questions regarding my 9der like if I like whipcream on my milkshake which I always do. I wish I had treated same @ myterbeach location but still i do thank to BRIAN , store manager for contact me & try to talk to me.

I ordered online with Cold stone. A surprise birthday cake for my God daughter. Well we received the unexpected surprise. The cake was never delivered April 22, 2024. We're still waiting for a birthday cake delivery as of June 25, 2024. Cold stone is waiting to hear back from they're vendor Door Dash. Yes it's showing delivered unfortunately not to my God's daughter address. I even showed door dash communication regarding the delivery. Left on deaf ears. Maybe they'll hear from door dash even though cold stone received the money. Customer retention as well as customer gaining plays a major part in business.

I’ve been wanting to check out this location for a while, so I finally went. It wasn’t too busy, however it took forever to get my order. The card reader kept declining my card so I called my bank, the issue was the card reader. I guess they don’t accept Discover. Also, one of the employees was having a few issues and I got the impression she was new as the manager had to keep helping her, but he was polite and so was she. All in all, it’s a one and done for me.

I got what I asked for, but was overcharged. Just a simple ice cream with one mix-in, but was charged for the specialty one.
And even that wasn’t ’mixed-in’ very well at all.
Would have tipped you, dude, but you overcharged me $1.20 for ice cream. You gave the store your tip.

Order a medium they put it in a small container and put the container in a medium to make look like that’s what I got. Order cookie dough and didn’t get that. I called the store to speak to the manger had to call a couple of times to get someone to pick up but when I got a hold of a manager they said I have to request the cookie dough even tho that’s what I ordered and the container was that they probably gave me a medium and put it in a large. I don’t feel this is the case. The manger did not seem worried about my concern at all and made zero effort to make it right. Will not be back at this location this is not the first time we have had an issue.
