I love cold stone ice cream and that’s the only ice cream I eat. I have usually had very good service but during my last visit I was so very disappointed. I ordered a large tub of coffee lovers ice cream. The tub was only two thirds full so instead of mixing all the ingredients that make up the signature ice cream he just dumped coffee ice cream on top without mixing it with the most important ingredients that make this ice cream great. Even in the whole ice cream there wasn’t any nuts or toffee that makes it great. I am very disappointed but hope it’s a one off experience and I hope they train this individual to make it better going forward. I just don’t want others to have the same experience so please train your staff well. Thank you

Yummy ice cream! They have really unique flavors. The ‘Germanchokolatelake’ flavor was my favorite. We also loved, Caramel truffle with marshmallows. Place is worth a visit, actually multiple visits! ;)

I love this place! I have to have ice cream every night so this is my goto spot to pick up ice cream for the week. I order through the app for pick up and my order is always ready when I get there and my order is always accurate. Sometimes they even give me a little extra ice cream in to go cups in my bag so that’s always a pleasant surprise when I get home! Awesome

Wanted a quick dessert. Ordered 2 small coffee ice creams. Surprised & Disappointed because Wow!! these small cups have shrunk a whole lot. Cups were all scooped at least 1/2 way above cup. Not Now??.
