Grande cappuccino. I just removed foam. They are making it half. Not fair.
Very decent for airport coffee. I go out of my way to go here when at CLT. Iced Vanilla Breve and Iced Americano are my usuals.

Had an oat milk iced latte. It was so good- Counter Culture coffee is just so good. But what I don’t get is why they don’t put the ice in first then the milk then the espresso. It will help with knowing exactly how much product you’re using and it’s also safer bc the ice and milk are catching the hot espresso as opposed to burning thru the plastic causing more waste.
Such a great surprise to find this spot in the airport! The coffee is excellent—rich, smooth, and way better than the usual airport options. The music creates a relaxed atmosphere that makes waiting for a flight so much more enjoyable. It’s the kind of place where you actually want to linger instead of rushing through. Definitely my go-to coffee stop whenever I’m flying!

I try not to post about restaurants too often but in this case I will. This place has gone down hill so fast in the last half year that it’s shocking they are still open.
I used to come here specifically for the coffee. Anytime I travel out of Charlotte I got coffee here.
3 weeks ago I was here I noticed the barista not tamping the puck down and also noticed that no one was paying attention to how hot the milk was getting. Mince came so hot it was out impossible to drink. And when the milk is burnt so is the coffee.
This week I specifically asked for it to be warm not lava hot. I watch as the barista flattened the coffee grounds but did not compact the puck. Then watched as the milk went past boiling point and into gurgling burn mode.
She poured my cup. And I got burned. This time I turned back and asked for a manager telling her this coffee shop, that was literally the best in the airport had really lost what they were about. No longer caring about how they made the coffee just boiling over pouring and go. If I wanted a burnt tasting crap coffee I would have gone to the major chain that has 3 locations at this airport.
I told her that I asked for a warm latte and the team took back my cup. Instead of re making it the barista told the till person to pour half of it out and put cold milk over it. ( when I saw this I now knew this place had gone down the toilet ). No person who makes a latte would ever do this. So I asked for the manager.
I watched her make the coffee again not tamping and at least she put her hand on the steam mug and knew when it was ready. I told her my concern about the location and she was extremely receptive and professional so I give her that. She re made the latte and agin this one was not burnt. Again great way to fix this issue.
Then I went onto here to see the last 6 months worth of bad and terrible reviews. Either management don’t know or don’t care or both. Or ownership doesn’t look at this and doesn’t care.
I used to ritually go to this place for good coffee now I watch the barista making others drinks which will tell me if I should get one or not.

The lady that was working today was so rude! I ordered a drink that was on the menu and she rudely told me they didn’t have that so I said “oh ok it’s on the menu” and started to look at other options when she responded telling me she knows it’s on the menu but they don’t have it. I told her she didn’t need to be rude and she told me I didn’t need to tell her it’s on the menu because she knows that. Train your employees to treat people better.

I stopped here 2 times in 5 days as I had terrible layovers in Charlotte during travel. Excellent friendly service, far better cappuccino than that Starbucks swill. Music was perfect, a nice break from the chaos going on all around. People complaining of price, it's an airport, duh. I found it reasonable and competitive.

Do not recommend. Ordered a hazelnut latte with almond milk. They don’t take cash…okay, a sign would help, but that’s not a problem. Got my drink and the milk was scorched…that happens. I said, “excuse me, mam, my drink tastes scorched can you remake it?” The guy at the register looked at me like I was crazy for speaking up and the woman making drinks rolled her eyes and blew her breath. She made uncomfortable eye contact with me while making it. I was not rude and don’t like to complain. She made more drinks and then remade mine. She put it on the counter, in an aggressive way not gonna lie. I thanked her and she mumbled something as she walked away. It was scorched again with no syrup. Almost 7 dollars with a $2 tip before I even got my drink. I said nothing. It went in the trash.

Very rude barista. I walked away and went to Dunkin. For such a hip and relaxing place, they sure have a dud of a service person.

Their menu pricing does not match their computer system so expected to pay $1-2 more dollars per item. I ordered an iced tea thinking it would be around $3 but it came out to $5. When I asked why I was overcharged they said our computer system has the correct pricing and there's nothing they can do about. Misleading and no solutions or even care to help.

They actually have an espresso machine instead of just an automated machine. Latte was pretty good, better than Starbucks for quality.
