Do not eat here. Not only is the customer bad. They gave me old bread. This burger started crumbling as soon as I picked it up. I am visiting from out of town so never tried a cookout before. But I am completely scared. This is so disgusting .🤢

Todays date is November 4th i am taking my time to writing this review because i made mistake giving this review because they did not take care me CUSTOMERSERVICE was super bad management. Edgar do not know how to take care customer he was very rude thank you Edgar was very rude I bought a milkshake on November 2nd it taste bad when I drove back to store they were closing I spoke with employee he was wearing glasses good guy he told me to come back and he is or someone will fix it for me so on Nov 4th I was at the store that cashier going to say ohh he want this for free my good if I show my bank statement I have spent over 500$ less than 3 months which was so not right how this guy going to say to this to a customer I HOPE CORPORATE IS READING THIS BECAUSE THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE SHOW MY BANK RECEIPT TO THEY RUDE EMPLOYEES AND MANAGER WHAT KIND OF EXAMPLE A MANAGER NAME EDGAR SETTING UP FOR EMPLOYEES THIS WHY THAT EMPLOYEE WAS SAD WHAT HE SAID TOTAL DISRESPECT ITS SAD THIS PLACE REPUTATION GOING TO GO DOWN BECAUSE I AM REACHING OUT TO CONSUMER DEPARTMENT, HOW HE IS GOING TO SAY OHH YOU WANT FREE RIGHT FREE FIX THE MISTAKES THIS IS HOW BUSSNESS RUN AND I PAID CASH FOR THE MILKSHAKE BECAUSE HE Made me look like i wasnt something for free AND HE DID NOT PAY MY CHANGE back , ohh I am going tic tok , face book, YouTube, yelp, reddit, trip advisor each review I am going to post is so bad for business unless cookout corporate teach these manager and employees how to do a customer service i took my time to writing this because it was very important for me I am respectable human being I take care lot of people daily I work hard everyday

I didn’t even get to place my order because of how rushed and disrespected I felt. Before I could even look at the menu, I was met with a nasty attitude, just like the customer before me. I heard the woman taking orders, a Black lady with locs and a gap in her teeth, rush the person ahead of me, telling him to move up before he was even done. He had to tell her to wait.

When it was my turn, I tried to switch my order to a tray, and she immediately started sighing heavily and acting like I was an inconvenience. I decided to pull up to the window because there was no way I was letting someone with that attitude make my food.

When I told her I moved up because I felt rushed, she didn’t apologize or try to fix the situation. Instead, she told me I needed to hurry up because there were other people she had to take care of, even though only one car had pulled in behind me and there were plenty of other workers inside.

She cut me off mid-sentence, demanded my two sides, then got angry, slammed the window shut, and walked off to talk to another employee. I could see her complaining and the other black woman with black hair maybe a bun or ponytail rolling eyes & neck and saying what looked like, “Oh well, go somewhere else.”

The customer service was terrible. If employees are overwhelmed, they should no take a break, but rushing and disrespecting customers is unacceptable. Being told to hurry up at a fast-food restaurant, where it can be overwhelming and fast pace is expected, is unprofessional and unnecessary.

For someone with that attitude to be the first point of contact at this location is really disappointing. As someone who has worked in and managed fast-food locations myself, I usually have empathy for workers, but this behavior was flat-out nasty and uncalled for. Corporate would be embarrassed. I was there between 1-130 ish pm on today.

I was pleasantly surprised by the food — everything was flavorful and nicely cooked. The milkshake was excellent, definitely the highlight of the meal. Service was reasonable, though not particularly fast, and the cleanliness could use a bit more attention. Overall, a very decent quality-to-price ratio and a place worth visiting again.
