I always look forward to visiting Cookout at this location because of the amazing service from Nirza. She’s the one taking my order every time, and her positive personality truly stands out. Nirza serves everyone with kindness and a beautiful smile, making the experience so much better. Customer service like hers is rare these days, and I hope the management recognizes and rewards people like her—she’s a gem! The food is great, but Nirza’s warmth is what keeps me coming back. Highly recommend!

Tried CookOut for the first time. Drive thru line was quite fast. My grilled chicken sandwich was one of the tenderest i have ever had. I will be going back for sure! Atmosphere was only dinged because they obviously do not have any dine-in space so i cant rate
This place is dirty. The food was mid at best. The burger was good, bbq plate awful. The bathroom was disgusting, wouldn't lock. Wish we wouldn't have stopped.

At this particular cookout they got our order completely wrong didn't include napkins or straws the milkshakes were incomplete it was a real disaster and I love eating at cookout.

Terrible customer service. Employees were respectful, but I had ordered and paid for a tray with a double side of cheese bites. There were 5 cheese bites in my tray. They refused to give me more, and refused to give me another side in place of it. They would not let me order another side at the drive through window and wanted me to go to the walk up window to order. Did not get what I paid for. Not a great experience.
SOOO much fun! Love the new menu options like how they put the ingredients of your milkshake at the bottom of the cup so you get to mix it yourself! Also love the mystery of discovering what you got and if it matches your order! Why aren't any of the other Cookouts doing these things yet?
