I was pleasantly surprised by the food — everything was flavorful and nicely cooked. The milkshake was excellent, definitely the highlight of the meal. Service was reasonable, though not particularly fast, and the cleanliness could use a bit more attention. Overall, a very decent quality-to-price ratio and a place worth visiting again.
Sat in drive thru lane for almost 6min and it didn't move so we went to the window, then they ignored us there for another 5min before finally taking our order. Food was good but not worth the poor service that is supposed to be fast.
I always look forward to visiting Cookout at this location because of the amazing service from Nirza. She’s the one taking my order every time, and her positive personality truly stands out. Nirza serves everyone with kindness and a beautiful smile, making the experience so much better. Customer service like hers is rare these days, and I hope the management recognizes and rewards people like her—she’s a gem! The food is great, but Nirza’s warmth is what keeps me coming...
