I’ve gone here 4 times in 5 days or something like that. This location has it DOWN. I am convinced Cook Out is what fast food should be, and this location is how it should operate.

I wanted a double burger with fries. Why does it take both patties together to equal one pattie? Well at least the lettuce, tomato, onion pickles were fresh and crisp. I was too hungry to take a picture. It was quick. I didn't get food poisoning so I guess I'll be back

RUDEEEEEEEEEEE !!!!! Yall need to address the cashier at the speaker I came through February 6th 1:45 pm and the girl on the speaker said “GO HEAD” that’s mad disrespectful and rude and then I proceeded to order a small burger and she THEN SAID “WHATS ON THE BURGER” with the nastiest Attitude. I don’t appreciate her nasty attitude and idk why people ain’t trained with proper respect if you don’t wanna be at work leave 🤷🏽♀️
Staff is young but they've always been very respectful to me. Sometime i just get a sweet tea, I've ordered it so much, sometimes I'll get it for free.

So we were stopping by on our way out of town. The cashier was very underwhelming. I understand on Christmas Eve they close at 11 and the line was kind of long and people were ready to go home. Completely understandable. Where the issue came was from when we got to the speaker. We asked the cashier to give us a second and then had to tell her three times we were ready because she never responded. Each time we gave her an item on the order we were interrupted with a rude okay as if we were wasting her time. When we finished ordering we were given our total even though we asked for the order to be repeated. We were met with silence. Then my mom asked for them to repeat the order back and again nothing was said. Then a male came to the speaker and asked if we needed anything else and I responded asking them to repeat the order for a third time. He rushed through repeating the order while missing an added condiment I asked for on my sandwich. When we got to the window I asked if they could make sure the sauce was on there. I heard the cashier yell to the kitchen to add it but I’m assuming at the time, our sandwiches had already left the board station because it was still missing when I received my food. I asked if they accepted Apple Pay while looking for my wallet and the cashier refused to respond verbally. I didn’t see her nod her head yes so when I looked up she was looking around. While trying to tap my phone it kept saying please retry and she started huffing and puffing as if it was my fault the machine wasn’t accepting my card. My drink was also filled top to bottom with ice when I did not ask for extra ice to begin with. The cashier was rude and slightly snatched the drink when I asked for it to be remade. We pulled to the side of the building to eat before we got back on the highway, and when my mom opened the quesadilla there wasn’t much sauce on it. My sister went up to the window to get it remade and the second time they added way to much sauce on it. At this point one of the managers on duty stepped outside when he saw my sister coming back up to the window for the third time. They got it right the third time finally and we were able to leave and continue on with our journey. I hope this isn’t a common occurrence. I understand it’s the holiday season and they are closing early, but that is never an excuse to be disrespectful with someone’s food just to rush them out of the line.
