Food is mediocre, kind of expensive for what you get but prices are skyrocketing everywhere. A few years ago this would have been much more affordable. Service is good, staff is friendly and efficient. Milkshakes are probably the best thing on the menu.
Vegetarian options: Extremely limited vegetarian options- like onion rings, cheese bites and milkshakes. I don’t think there are any vegan options.
I have to give a shoutout to Louise (not sure how to spell it) at the drive through window tonight. I had a pretty bad experience with the Wendy’s close by, and it’s midnight so I figured everybody can’t be at their 100% working in a fast paced environment. Him, and the person working the other booth, were giving 5 star level service.

I typically avoid cookout at all costs, for every time I’ve gone the experience has been a little, “rough around the edges”we’ll say, however everything was closed and I needed some late night eats so I slid in the drive thru, came an hour before closing and it was SUCH A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE, service was quick, the lady working at the window was extremely genuine, sweet, personable, great attitude! and made for an all around super personable experience , definitely changed my initial impressions of cookout, the food SMACKED btw , all was soo goood!

Just got done ordering a bbq sandwich tray with a ranch wrap and cajun fries. That’s it, not a complicated order at all and somehow they gave me an open Doritos bag with some lettuce and other crap in it. No ranch wrap. Don’t go to this location they obviously tampered with my food. I won’t be going to this location ever again, and threw out this whole tray because who knows what else was done to it.
I look forward to my peach cobbler milkshake when I got it it had a few pieces of peach no cobbler

Stayed in line for over 30 minutes waiting for the car in front of us order to be taken...meanwhile the other line is steadily moving. Then after the wait, we finally get to the screen where we were told 'they would be with us in a minute'...waited 15 minutes then left. Waste. Of. Time.
