I always enjoy Cookout food, always great for some late night comfort food and all for a reasonably price too! You can use the drive thru, there are two lanes or you can walk up to window and order as well. The service you get can be a little hit or miss sometimes, but thats with any late night joint. Just so that folks are aware the walk up window is closed at 9 pm for their safety.

This must be the worse location , never Suace for chicken tinders ( unless you ask they will not offer ) walking taco was premade before I order it , it was saggy , no sour cream , no topping , just cold meat in the bag . Cheap but not worth it , thanks God I didn’t get nothing else .

• The Drive thru employee is not friendly. She didn't even say hi. • Order was inaccurate. • Food was produced in a sloppy fashion. • Cleanliness is horrible. • Handed me a cup of soda that had soda all over the side of it. Lady was unapologetic when I brought it to her attention. She just handed over a napkin. Her action said, you wipe it yourself. • This place is definitely a poor reflection of management. • I would recommend avoiding this place.

I watched 3 people prior to me get there order not correct. One person sitting near the employee exit door was smoking marijuana while eating. Seemed to be under staffed

Ordered a grill chicken sandwich & came home with a burger. I don’t eat beef & I’m not going back out at 12:30 AM. They should worry more about getting orders right & less about the drive thru time. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU DRIVE OFF!

Security TERRIBLE AND RUDE. Line was fast because no one was there. I would not go here if you’re looking for a causal spot to get food late at night. It is not inviting and a terrible example of what a Cookout should be.

I just went through the drive-through less than 10 minutes ago I asked for a cheddar style burger.
Bread uncooked it looks like it’s wheat bread . Burger, sloppy, and appetizing patty burnt in the bottom of the bun also uncooked.
Shorted my Child on her nuggets, french fries no flavor no salt and flimsy, barely fried .
Worker hands me my order with my entire tray, vertical to the ground ??? won’t get a penny for me ever again. Rushed my order for no reason it was a total mess. Worst $9 ever spent
Cheese bites were still cold in the middle and the bun they gave me was stale and hard.

Occurred on 09/10 around 2:25am. Horrible customer service ….it was very chaotic . A worker was smoking a cigarette inside (Caucasian female) and one of the workers yelled that whoever was at the window was a racist (AA male red shirt ) not knowing the window was open. I never witnessed anything like it will not be returning !

I don’t appreciate your manager take orders then leave when I’m last in line. She could’ve had somebody else take my order but she’s out. Idc what she has going on but could’ve communicated something to me. Aniyah!!! Thank you for being so sweet and understanding and making sure my order was complete!!
