I have to give a shoutout to Louise (not sure how to spell it) at the drive through window tonight. I had a pretty bad experience with the Wendy’s close by, and it’s midnight so I figured everybody can’t be at their 100% working in a fast paced environment. Him, and the person working the other booth, were giving 5 star level service.
I typically avoid cookout at all costs, for every time I’ve gone the experience has been a little, “rough around the edges”we’ll say, however everything was closed and I needed some late night eats so I slid in the drive thru, came an hour before closing and it was SUCH A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE, service was quick, the lady working at the window was extremely genuine, sweet, personable, great attitude! and made for an all around super personable experience , definitely changed...
