Gave them all the details of my order and they messed up 3 items and still charged me, Im lucky that I lived close by enought to come back and collect what I paid for, they did give a free shake and were understanding but this experience really sucked

Very disappointed! I waited outside in the cold for nearly 10min at the window before they even took my order. I clearly stated no mustard for my burger and was asked to verify and confirmed no mustard. Once I got to my destination to eat my burger, yep, lots of mustard. They even messed up the people behind me who only ordered 3 shakes. At least that was caught at the window. Horrible customer service and worse attention to detail. Will NEVER go there again and advice others to go elsewhere.

I got my order taken by this brown-skinned stud. She was so cute. She gave me amazing customer service, a great attitude, and she made sure I had everything I needed in less than a minute! I tried to ask her for her name and number, but she didn't give it to me lol. Definitely recommend her over anybody else to take my order!

Iv been there a few times NOT once did they get my order right. Then whan the did fix it . I think they gave me to oldest food they could find . Slimy lettuce cheese just smeared everywhere. Then here's the kicker . So is all they had to say is sorry with a BS smile and when they shut the window they ALL just started laughing. McDonald's is better then them . That's pretty bad.

You can place your order in detail, confirm that your order has been understood and they will STILL hand you the wrong order after you’ve clearly communicated yourself 2-3 times. Then turn around and blame you for the issue on top of that.

The Hispanic female manager here is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. She made a simple 2-topping milkshake wrong TWO times then got mad at me and slammed the window in my face for not accepting something I did order when I made myself very clear while ordering.

Definitelyyyyy reporting her to corporate 🥴 because what makes you think you can just give people whatever YOU want when they placed and paid for their preferrence? No I will not accept a milkshake with literally no toppings at all when I ordered extra toppings. And no I will not accept snickers when I ordered Reese’s AND repeated myself when doing it.

A family member mentioned Cookout had gotten better and I should cancel my years abandonment of them. So I did. Sadly, it went wrong from the start. My attempt to order a couple of hot dogs was met with being informed they had NO buns. How does that happen? That's just bad management. Not to mention there is literally a grocery store across the street which could momentarily restore the absence of such a critical component of their product. They did have pumpkin flavored shakes. I mention it because you know how rare pumpkin flavor shakes are, compared to how common hot dog buns are? Still, I must point out the drive-thru attendant was very professional. I decided to venture on to the Albemarle Road location, which ended up being a disappointment.

Wento this cookout customer service is a zero. The young lady was so rude my clients with disability said she's rude she needs to find another job. The young lady was even rude and disrespectful in front of her manager who said nothing but it's ok it's ok. I got my money back and went to the one on Independence Blvd. I DoNot recommend this CookOut!
