This is about the most pathetic excuse of a cook out I've ever seen. I ordered 2 orders of nuggets and 2 of cheddar bites. The first time I go through the line I was giving my two orders of cheddar bites. I went back through the line and sat at the window for a good 5 minutes and even blew my horn twice. When I was finally able to get someone's attention and tell them what the issue was I was still only giving one order of nuggets. They had absolutely no honey mustard at all. On the first adventure through the drive-thru since they didn't have honey mustard. This location needs to step it up or needs to be completely replaced.

Extremely ghetto the manager had me waiting for fast food for over 35/40 minutes and was very rude then I had another customer mad because that they were taking long an the staff At albermale location customer service that they were receiving was rude and it is 3:32 AMI also ordered a fully loaded burger, which I am missing items The followers that I am missing jalapeños, chili, pickles, and I think I see bacon
Just ordered a club chicken sandwich with cajun fries and nuggets. My club came with about 3 stacks of raw onions, pickle and Cole slaw. No Cajun on my fries and nuggets soggy not cooked enough.

Cook out is always the spot when running errands, or late night out before you go home! Food is not only good it is affordable. Fresher than those 'other fast food'
The staff here are the laziest Ive dealt with in a long time. I have been to this location around 4-5 times and consistently inappropriately slow waiting times takes like 20 minutes per customer.
