This place is the absolute worst, seriously. It's supposed to be a late-night food spot, but I wouldn't know about getting any food. I sat in line for over 30 minutes with four cars ahead of me just to order. They have zero urgency and can't do more than one order at a time. I'm usually cool with busy places, but this happens when they're not even slammed.

William is a psychic, he knew what I wanted after I ordered the wrong thing…the best drive through assistance in fast food in my life!
Food is pretty decent but this location is terribly run. They have zero concept how to take more than one drive through order at a time so they take one order which means the drive through line is always long and slow. Workers aren’t very friendly, but they’ve never been rude. They are mainly teens and they don’t seem well managed as they are always socializing with each other over actually serving customers. They have a great location and could be so much better!

the person on the speaker couldn’t hear us due to yelling & rushed us ordering at the drive thru. then when i tried to complete my order when we pulled up the red purple haired girl proceeded to give me a dirty look and told me they couldn’t add anything at the window. what great customer service!!! all cookouts sucks at customer service this is why they will never get my money ever again.

Every. Single. Time. I ask for ANY sauce on my quesadilla, my request goes in one ear and out the other. Just having dry chicken and cheese is not appealing.. I thought if I talked slowly and clearly they might add it? They even repeated it back to me. Dry
