Honestly, over all the place wasn't bad. 3 stars because we most literally sat in the drive-through line for 45 mins. They seemed under staffed and the guy at the window taking my money had me do my card 4 times had me put in my pin each time which was uncomfortable and then asked for another payment method....he wasn't inserting the card..... on the 5th time it went through. food was fine, no utensils though after we got back on the road, so make sure you ask for them.

This place sucks..... Almost every single time we go they are out of the milkshake flavor AFTER WE ORDERED AND GET TO THE WINDOW. Waiting for our milkshake, paid.... Oh we're out this flavor..... I'm sorry what? You had two opportunities to tell me already.... Now I have to pick a completelt different flavor than what I came there for. Oh and get this... They hand me a milkshake that was already there ready, telling me it's the Banana Pudding one.... Try it down the road, it's NOT the right one. This place is terrible. Stop wasting your time here. They are unorganized, and I'm sure the window people are higher than a kite because it's written ON THE CUP WHAT FLAVOR IT IS. He said it was banana pudding..... Written is "fudge cheesecake".
I will never be going to Cook Out again. Second time this has happened where the flavor is out at they're telling you after you have already paid. Terrible business.

Order hamburger tray and a milkshake was given The wrong shake and when I called back, they told me to check in the next time I came in to get it straightened out and the manager Kendrick Was was very rude and would not correct the problem all I wanted it was just my milkshake straightened out from where they gave me one that would’ve banana milkshake instead of walnut which I am allergic to bananas and he was so rude and the young lady they were just very rude and would not straighten it out when I called back. They told me to tell him that they get it straightened out.

I stopped by this location around 10:30 last night. They must have had the A team on the clock. Short review, Fries 8/10, everything else 10/10
The girl in the drive thru was really friendly and you could very clearly understand her at the speaker. The food came out quick and everything was fresh. If I had to complain about one thing I think the fries could have used like another 45 seconds in the grease to get that crisp edge, but they weren't cold/soggy/greasy and they gave me plenty of cajun seasoning. The cheese bites were crispy and melty so those more than made up for it, and they gave a good portion of both. I had a 20 minute drive home and the burger was still hot when I arrived. They put the right amount of ice in my drink. Definitely one of the best fast food experiences I've had in a minute.
