AVOID AT ALL COST! They wanna charge you for a cup of ice but want to miss half of your order and not give you your money back or give you your food. They also won't answer their phones because they know they would get complaints all day.
Tell your managers to stop complaining/crying about a customer asking for three sauces when they purchased food for three dinners. I’ve been doing it for months and nobody has complained about it before.

December 31 @8pm, The young lady taking orders in the drive-thru was very rude to my husband after she made a mistake with our order. When he asked for confirmation, she walked away from the window. It wasn’t a big deal to us initially, but her attitude escalated the situation unnecessarily.
Thankfully, Jeremiah stepped in. He remained calm, professional, and corrected our order without any issues. His customer service made a big difference, and we truly appreciate his help.
