Very rude staff. Food was ok but I will not go back because of the horrible staff. Pulled up at menu and was greeted by a young man rushing us through giving our order while having a terrible attitude. Pulled up to the window and the man was asking if there was a problem in a way that was meant to be aggressive. If my husband didn’t have patients and maturity this could have easily escalated. Management seriously needs to consider if someone has costumer service abilities before hiring them because this person is going to cause a lawsuit one day.

I’ve worked down the street for a year and honestly if your not there by 2:30am, your not going to get served. No one answers the drive thru and if they do, it’ll take 10 minutes to get a simple milkshake with no one else in line. Most of the time they hide in the back when it gets close to closing but today I arrived at 2:45, restaurant lights still on, order podium lights still on, and see 2 crew members sitting at the drive thru window and instead of my order(which was just a milkshake) being taken I could see the man poking his head out the order window motioning that they were closed. Y’all need to hire people who know how to tell time or actually want to work because 2:45 is NOT 3 oclock and I was not the only car turned away. Fix your opening hours on your store and online or fix your employees!

The food was fantastic. I believe cookout has one of the best burgers. The outside speaker is garbage and it took us a while to communicate and the worker wasn't very patient about it. Understandable enough.
I’d leave no stars if I could. Waited 20 minutes in line didn’t take half my food order. Tried to explain at the window. Kid was disrespectful didn’t even ask what I had just said what you want. Wouldn’t recommend this place

Service was awful and very rude. Food was cold like it had been sitting out for a while. Drinks were wrong no straws given.
Drive thru only (no dine in): no place to sit (not even a picnic table outside) and eat other than your car. Rude cashiers. Food tasted okay.

Staff are never really personable here, I've always had the quickest & dryest experiences with the employees. But I don't go there for them, lol. The food is good & seems like it's made to order, but always check your bag before you go to be sure all your items are in it.
