The food was fantastic. I believe cookout has one of the best burgers. The outside speaker is garbage and it took us a while to communicate and the worker wasn't very patient about it. Understandable enough.
Didn't have but two other cars in the drive thru and still had to wait almost 15 minutes to order. All the people there sounded like they hated their jobs and didn't want to be there...
Staff are never really personable here, I've always had the quickest & dryest experiences with the employees. But I don't go there for them, lol. The food is good & seems like it's made to order, but always check your bag before you go to be sure all your items are in it.
