I keep saying I give up and will not return but I keep giving them another chance to mess up my order. I order an out west style burger tray no cheese. Below is what I got. I kept wondering why it tasted different. When you call, no one ever answers because they know you called to complain. Customer service is always a 5 star. It’s just the cooks in the kitchen. I am done. No more chances.
Cook out is one of the better fast food places.
Is the food good ya. Notice it’s not a yes. The shakes are amazing. The food varies from store to store this one was not all that. Other cook outs are better.

The food was fantastic. I believe cookout has one of the best burgers. The outside speaker is garbage and it took us a while to communicate and the worker wasn't very patient about it. Understandable enough.
