They don't greet you when you pull up. When you get your food they don't give you napkins or condiments. They need to train their employees some customer courtesy. A smile goes a long way.
Best Reese’s peanut butter shake around. Definitely can’t beat that price. Service is pretty good. Just cause the line looks long doesn’t mean it’s going to take a long time. They are pretty quick getting you through. 👍

Asked for a plain dbl burger with no toppings and I received a cheese nd mayo soaked burger…. No time to go back but this isn’t the first time.The receipt even had the wrong order which isnt surprising! The cashier seemed to have trouble hearing us multiple times. Thanks tho for everything that yall did get right!

I visit 2 different Cookout locations in my area. Both have the same menu, same prices, same hours, etc...
Cookout 1: Never any napkins in the bag, rarely has a straw included, meal container is frequently sideways or upside down in the bag, burger patties are luke warm at best, and the drink always has spillage on the sides making a mess in my car, french fries contain no salt.
Cookout 2: Food container is always right side up and tied closed, drinks are wiped down to remove any and all spillage, french fries are perfectly seasoned, napkins and a straw are always in the bag, and the burger patties are piping hot (enough to thoroughly melt the cheese).
1 location is staffed with all Hispanic-Americans, the other with all African-Americans. Guess which is which?

We are newer to the area but we have never had such amazing service from a cookout, Brock is always so nice, when we see him we always know we are getting exceptional service and that our food will be correct. If I could I would be giving Brock his own 10/10 rating.

Love cookout! But this one definitely ain't it. Gave multiple chances but orders are almost always wrong and the line is ALWAYS ridiculous. Tonight was my last time here after going to the very empty walk up and never being attended, even though I was looked at by someone who was sitting on their phone and all they did was yell "we got a walk up!" which nobody came. After getting off of work late, it's the last type of service I want, especially when I'm a server myself. There's a Cookout on Albemarle. Do yourself a favor and take the drive to that one. Always on point there!
