I wanted to share my experience with DoorDash. Recently, I placed an order, and someone who isn’t affiliated with DoorDash ended up picking up the food. It’s disheartening to see how some people try to take advantage of the system while the rest of us work so hard. But When I called to address the issue at the restaurant I felt really sad that I didn’t catch the name of the amazing woman who helped me out💙. She truly went above and beyond to ensure my family member received their food. I wish I could remember her name, as her kindness made a real difference in a frustrating situation. Thank you copan restaurant 🙏🏻

Food and service is great ngl. My family and I have eaten before here and never had a problem. Just a few days ago we decided to try and dine in because we’ve had like I would say maybe 2 yrs of not eating inside. But let me tell y’all. During the day I would say it’s fine to eat there, but at night is just a big no. We went inside, sat down and a nice young lady came to attend us, the problem was that neither for the natural drinks nor the soda machine did they have refill. Then, minutes later I took my little girls to the bathroom and wow, the bathrooms are horrible. The toilets literally didn’t have a lid nor a seat! As we went back to our table, my husband and I started smelling a weed smell INSIDE the restaurant, that’s when my husband was like “no we can’t eat here, especially with kids” and also he stated that when the weed smell started creeping in, he heard someone near the kitchen area saying “close the door”. So we’re assuming they’re smoking weed in there. And before y’all come at me, trust me, I could care less if you do that, just why in the heck would you do it inside a restaurant knowing there’s children. Anyways, to each their own if you wanna eat there.

At 9:30 PM, I had dinner here. The restaurant menu was in Spanish, and I don’t speak Spanish, but the bartender communicated with me using Google Translate. The dish I ordered had pieces of beef, vegetables, and chips. The beef was fresh but a bit tough, the chips were tasty, and the vegetables were fresh. I also got a Corona beer with the meal. My bill total was $27.53. I gave the bartender two twenty-dollar bills.
40 - 27.53 = 12.47
But the bartender only gave me $11 back! At first, I didn’t want to react, but I mentioned it to here , and she brought me one dollar back with a frown. I didn’t take that one dollar from her and instead added four dollars to it as a tip. She took the four dollars with a frown and without a thank you. I guess she didn’t like the lesson I was trying to teach her : people in America work hard for every single cent they earn.

I ordered a roast beef with slices and they only put 2 small pieces of meat in it and they gave it for 20 dollars, total theft oh the cook eats the meat well busos

Great customer service. Bathroom had freezing cold water and was scary 😨 The whole menu is in spanish so if you don’t speak it i would recommend knowing what you want before hand :/ The torta is as big as your head! food was decent. 2 people eating was almost $80. UPDATE: unfortunately got extremely sick with the runs after eating here.

Read my review again please you have a dishonest restaurant your menus say 2.99 for hibiscus drink NoT 5.00 and please read this I asked for water the second time around bc the waitress said it was no free refills so I asked for water she comes back with another drink of hibiscus and I didn’t want to be a rude customer so I said ok since you brought it I will take it even though I asked for WATER and the menu says 2.99 you make your tips off drinks that’s why your waitress waiters sell sell beverages I have experienced this TWICE but this time it was hibiscus drink that’s listed on your menu for 2.99 and your coke bottles was listed as 3.99 on your menu that tooo I was charged 6.99 but because good humans exist in this world I tipped 2.99 since I was charged 10.00 for aqua fraca flavored water Be AN HoNeST world and business! :)

There is nothing good here, starting with the service, the waitresses serve you in a bad mood, and with the food absolutely disgusting, I found a cockroach in my food but I couldn't expect anything less, the place is dirty, I don't recommend it.Their is nothing good about this place starting with the service the waitresses greet you with such bad attitude, and the food absolutely discussed I found a roach on my food but hey you couldn't expect less this place is dirty and I do not recommend it. .
