We drove from South Carolina for my friend’s birthday and it did not disappoint. The prawns were amazing !!!! The appetizers were all great too. Can’t wait to go back. Worth the hours of driving.

We had the samosa appetizer and it was excellent. Cooked perfectly with tasty and well seasoned filling. I had the black cumin prawns and they were quite good as well. My daughter ordered the Saag Paneer. I didn't love that. I felt it was a bit bland. But maybe that's how it is supposed to be? The atmosphere and lighting is perfect. Service was attentive without being overbearing. I would definitely return.
We LOVED Copper. The service was amazing, drinks were wonderful, and the food was amazing. I'd also say it was a great value for the quality

Are are so fortunate to have exquisite, vibrant, and contemporary Indian restaurant in Charlotte. In the past 5 years, my wife and I have visited this establishment about twice a year. We have always found excellent consistency in service and the quality of the food. The menue frequenly brings new offerings to our table so tflavor offerings are never routine. Last evening we were a party of 6. The service was excellent with food to match. Highlights were the Couliflower starter and Scallop Starter. The Saag Paneer vegitarian offering as well as the Duck leg congtemporary entre was exceptional. We brought a couple of bottles of fine wine and were happy to pay the very reasonable $20 corkage. We look forward to our next visit to Copper.

We had the most wonderful experience at Copper Modern Indian Cuisine in Charlotte for our anniversary dinner! Our server, Noah, was absolutely amazing — he went above and beyond to make our evening special. From his warm and friendly attitude to his thoughtful attention to detail, everything he did made us feel truly celebrated. The food was incredible as always, but Noah’s outstanding service made the night unforgettable. Highly recommend Copper — and if you can, ask for Noah!

Haven't been here in a long time but the food and atmosphere still holds up. Service, however, is a bit confused, multiple waiters taking the order and the food timing was odd. Atmosphere is still victorian cool but perhaps could be freshened up a bit. The food is still excellent, perhaps among the best in Charlotte.
Copper is our favorite Indian restaurant in Charlotte! The menu includes traditional favorites as well as entrees with a modern take on Indian flavors. We have never been disappointed.
Ordered the Dheemi Aanch Ka Gosht at the recommendation of the staff. Amazing flavor and spice level!

Excellent food but the service was really, really slow and lackluster. Appetizers arrived 25 minutes before cocktails. The bar pours are very small (1.25 oz??) and options are limited. The saving grace for Copper is the food. It is always excellent with perfect seasoning and fresh ingredients. If you wiling to put up with terrible parking, slow service and under poured cocktails, give it a try.
