When walking in no host greeted me. I wait 5 minutes as the server walk back and forth. I order a chicken burrito with no beans and cheese queso and salad. Food was hot. Never received sour cream. Ask for plastic fork never received it so was able to eat my salad. I love sour cream on my rice I don't know what this cup is full of but it tastes nasty. I sat back and observed servers going to other asking is the food ok server never ask me if I need something else. I will never come back here unless I have a Mexican interpreter. Maybe I will get better service and food. Something told me to keep my money in my pocket.

Beautiful place where you can eat the best baleadas, pupusas and seafood in all of Charlotte.
