Primarily processed food. Not much for someone eating a whole food diet. Very little organic produce. Prices not much better than health and grocery stores for natural foods.
I bet you didn't know this, but Costco sells air-conditioners and furnaces! Be sure and tell your friends! Drop by the kiosk near the exit of the store to schedule a free quote for a replacement.
