No accountability when they do something wrong or mess up your order. The lady there is not professional at all she is very disrespectful. Very bad experience, will never go there again.

I ordered General So shrimp which was supposed to come with 12 pieces of shrimp I usually order this once every week for about five months now and I’ve never had a problem with the portion sizes but today I went and ordered the same thing as usual John shrimp with shrimp fried rice and when I got back to my home and I started to eat, I noticed after about four shrimps that the whole plate was packed with broccoli and sauce. I came back the next morning because at that time the restaurant was closed and I let them know that I only received 4 to 5 pieces of shrimp to see if they would do something about that. They told me that I lied that they did give me 12 which I know how to count. I called customer service. They did nothing please make sure to check your food before you leave.

I've only eating here twice so far and both times I've gotten the Singapore Mei Fun. The first time I got it, MY GOD, you couldn't tell me I wasn't going to get this every time I went. This second time, it was still good but had some problems: the seasoning that they must use to add to the flavoring was packed all in one corner as I lifted up the noodles. I was able to spread that around evenly without a problem, but the issue was this time the smell from the chicken was very wrong. I don't accuse restaurants of doing things that I have not witnessed or seen myself, and they seem to run a pretty nice establishment, but I'm not sure who was cooking today but the food was not up to par. I actually lost my appetite. I've still heard good things about this restaurant, so I might give them one more shot, especially because I heard the honey wings are BOMB. But I don't think I'm getting the Singapore noodles anymore.

Their food had no seasoning or flavor at all. My son really likes beef on the stick it was hard and non edible. So I gave it to my dogs they didn't even want it. I always get the Pu pu platter It tastes like just fried in oil meat with no seasoning. I ordered a wing dinner for my cousin with lo mein again no seasoning on anything. I ordered sesame seed chicken with fried rice and again no seasoning on anything. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I am a big foodie and this was the worst Chinese place I ever went to. I ended up buying everyone something completely different at a different restaurant.

Although the service of was relatively fast and great, the quality of the food wasn’t there at all.
My boyfriend and I ordered dinner combos that came with egg rolls, along with getting dumplings. The dinner combos was just overall not good to the point it made our stomach hurt. I couldn’t even finish it and decided to get something else to eat.
The main issue for me was the dumplings and the egg rolls shown in the pictures. There were improperly made to the max. The egg roll barely had any filling, 90% of it was dough. The same can be said about the dumplings. It was so doughy, the dough was very thick but the filling so little.
Overall the food was below average. The pricing is pretty good though. But I’ve been to other cheap Chinese restaurants that’s quality of food was way better than this restaurant.

I moved to Charlotte 3 years ago from NJ and let me tell you, finding food like back at home is soo difficult. This place sells pork rolls as small as spring rolls. There Sauce on the shrimp and broccoli was salty and thick. They do give a lot of food for the lunch special.
