Sketchy. Lady taking phone orders abrasive with person she was speaking with. Not unpleasant when I ordered though. Scallion chicken I ordered was disappointing. Chicken was cooked well done and covered in a super sweet brown sauce with a tiny sprinkling of scallions. Generous portion for the money but no other scallions to be found. Bleh. Not worth a second chance.

I called asking for a SMALL lo mein, and four whole wings.The man who answered the phone had bad english and low patience but I work with him. He proceeded to tell me they didn’t have whole wings. I said okay and continued with the small lo mein he then told me my total which was 14.00 dollars I just said okay and hung up.When I arrived a women asked me was I ready to place an order. I told her I had a call in order.I very politely ask did they have whole wings she told me “ no “ and then told me my total which was 14.00.I then ask was I being charged for the wings for my total to come to 14.00 bc online a small lo mein was 6 or 7 dollars.She instantly got an attitude with me. She changed the price so I gave her my card but then I asked for an egg roll the women told me “ NO “ and walked away very rudely….. So again I’m trying to be the bigger person I politely ask for my money back, she then told me to look at a sign that said no refunds on food. At that point all I did was swipe my card I never got the food. she refused to give me my money back she was rude and nasty for no reason, I DO NOT RECOMMEND 3 stars smh I’m happy I didn’t eat here anyway . #disputedbtwbookie:)

Got orange chicken and noodles… man let me tell you that this is exactly what I was craving! Reminds me of the Chinese food back in Mass. No clue how this place doesn’t have a thousand 5 star reviews.

Had terrible experience, was served spoiled food, took it back and complained, then the cashier began beating on the cook and cursing at him in Chinese. I called the police and also called Mecklenburg county health department when my coworker also got spoiled shrimp and rice. The place is always empty for a reason. Locals do not eat at this place, I definitely would suggest it.

Incredibly Disappointed, I ordered vegetable lo-mien it was go greasy and I only had about two pieces of broccoli 4 strips of large cut onions and 5 mushrooms in a larger Qt size no other vegetables and the noodles where chalky tasting. My son ordered the shrimp lo-mien and got about 4 pieces of shrimp in a large same greesy chalky noodles Is rather eat raw beets dipped in toothpaste than to eat here again! What Horrible experience ! I should have known better when I seen the sign that sais “no refunds or exchanges” before I ordered that was a red flag. Yuck
I don't understand why some people were saying that the service and food is bad. My husband and I ordered two general chicken plates and we were completely satisfied! Our food came out hot and fresh! We will definitely be getting food from here again!

Terrible service. I called and the man on the phone couldn't understand an order of general tso chicken with shrimp and chicken lo mien. I called back to see if it was an accident, it wasn't he told me to call somewhere else, then hung up on me again. Being disturbed by this I called again and he picked up didn't say a word and hung up. It was the level of disrespect for me
