County Fair Funnel Cakes

Scam us and payed 12 dollars on a funnel cake I already paid for and did not get money back

A lot of employees mess and laugh around instead of take orders, I was getting angry. 25-30 minutes waiting for drinks. Also the tables were extremely filthy like no one bothered to wipe them down and clean them up.
