I found a roach in my takeout crab boil asked to speak to manager, she came to the front with an attitude saying they are not responsible for food once it leaves the restaurant.

On Saturday after my daughter’s graduation we dined at Crab Du Jour. We were a party of four and the hostess walked us to a booth by the bar area. Maya was our waitress/bartender! Maya was very friendly and professional. The drinks were strong and on point- with buy one get one half off. The food here is consistently good! I’m so glad that my daughter chose to celebrate earning her Master’s Degree here because Maya and the entire environment was a vibe ✨✨

The staff is good here. But the manager needs to be let go effective immediately. He called the police on a lady because she upset about her card being charged twice. By me witnessing that left a bad taste in my mouth, and I will NO LONGER support this specific location.

I have purchased food from here for years!
On Mother’s Day, we placed an over the phone order and ordered over $400 worth of food. The young lady taking the order was all over the place. I repeated my order to her 3 times to be sure she had it right because we live all the way in Mooresville Nc. My mother who lives in Charlotte picked up the food to bring to Mooresville for our Mother’s Day dinner.
We were charged for food that we did not order. We did not receive one of our bags, which left my 3 children with nothing to eat. I called back and spoke to the same young lady who took the order, she admitted to making the mistake. I was informed if I brought the food back (all the way from Mooresville on Mother’s Day) they would remake the food. No one was willing to compensate me for the inconvenience or the mistake that THEY made. Not to mention how dry the bags were. There was not enough sauce to cover the food. I was told to shake the bag. That did nothing!!! The lobster tails were shriveled up like a piece of rubber. Extremely overcooked. It was awful. Food was bland and had no taste. No one accepted accountability for any part of what happened. I will NEVER order from here again.

ORDERED Gumbo, it was so good but I vomited it all up after a horrible tummy ache 30min later. I think I got food poisoning from it.

Everything was amazing...we played music bingo it was fun and creative..the food is a 10/10 the best seafood spot hands down and I dont credit food all the time but I had to do this one!!!!!

When I visited one time my waiter was very rude and was ignoring me so me and my fiance walked out (no we didn't even order yet). Even after that I tired to give them another chance by going back all for them to not be open at the time on the door and internet. SMH I use to recommend them but not anymore

Spent a lot of money for this food but didn't receive all my crab legs! I created my order with 1 pound of crab legs, 1\\2 pound of crab legs, 1\\2 pound of shrimp and added a 1\\2 pound of sausage on the side. ONLY 4 CRAB CLUSTERS were given!!! That is NOT 1 and 1\\2 pound of crab legs! Very disappointing. My daughter created hers with only 1\\2 pound of crab legs and received 2 clusters so WHY would I only receive 4 clusters when I ordered more than her? Food was decent tasting but the crab legs portion made me mad for the price in which I paid.
