Service is horrible. The workers as if you owe them something. They are ghetto with no professionalism. They need some training. Many of the workers are Work First participants. Don’t go to the place. It is awful!

Chicken wings tasted different.! Du jour sauce on the crab legs tasted different.! This isn't my 1st time eating here. They didn't feel like working!!! It wasn't packed, only 1 waitress working the whole building. We got there during lunch time but was charged for after lunch prices. The server didn't ask us did we need any refills. If I go back it want be when they aren't packed!!!! Fish wasn't seasoned. Cajun fries you couldn't taste the seasoning!

Excellent food for the price. And the staff were very friendly and nice. The snow crab legs were full of meat. The meatless crab legs I've had not being at the beach. And the class were huge!!

We visited multiple seafood restaurants for their seafood boil, and we ranked this place as a favorite among the others so far. The waitress was pleasant, and even while servicing other large tables and celebrating birthdays, she still kept checking on us. I call that good service.

Went here for my dad’s bday. Had a great time! The service and staff was great! Food was exceptional!! I hand the fried shrimp, and a new special with a half pound of crab legs and shrimp then I added sausage! Everything was hot and fresh! Shockingly I had food to take home! I want to come back when it’s karaoke night, I’m sure that’s a fun time as well

We were a bit hesitant after our so-so experience at Crafty Crab in Concord. So much better here. Nikki is a great server. She was slammed but kept her cool and kept the food and drinks coming. The host was very accommodating with our request to put the Craftsman Truck Race on so we could see our son pit crew. We will def be back. Spent 2 hrs relaxing and enjoying delicious lobster, oysters, wings, drinks and truck racing.

The waitress here mixed my order up with another order and charged my card 94.00 plus my order of 54.00.The waitress informed me that I would get a refund in 3 days. I contacted them in 5 days and they told me to give them 7 more days. I contacted the establishment and the manager was rude and dismissive and said that I was antagonizing them by asking for my refund after 13 days!!!! He refused to assist and indicated that the owner name Carl would call me when he got a chance?? DO NOT USE YOUR CARD HERE!! This meal has cost me over$140!! I
Rude staff member. Or, to be specific, the TALL SKINNY MANAGER. How dare he yell, "Let's go, let's go, let's go." After the check to pay was literally placed in front of my party and I last minute when we were waiting four over 20 minutes to pay and leave. Not to mention Flickering the lights and yelling, get the F out! In all my years and experiences, I've never endured something such as this!!! Will never visit this location ever again. This needs to be reported to more than just Google.
