Shaker is an excellent manager for this establishment at The university city Shoppes.. Ive been here several times and he always very courteous and professional.. The server was very sweet.. We got our food out in a timely manner still fresh and hot.. Love this location.. SECURITY ❣️

the management id soo ghetto , i feel like im in a neighborhood corner store vs a restaurant this is the second time my saice was watery! the supervisor or team lead the lady energy was so off putting ! using her hands ti talk as if she was again in the urban side ir charlotte, she proceeded to give me a 2 oz cup of sauce and said that dhould fix how watery it is and said her gm said its nothing we can do. this use to be one of my favorite places

Worst experience ever! Please do not opt to dine in after 9:00pm or you will be pissed off! My arrival time was approx. 9:05 and knowing the restaurant closed at 10 my party and I (4 people) assumed we would have ample time to eat most of our food since we were all getting a crab broil and the restaurant was not busy. I attempted to order a cocktail but was told only beer and shots were being sold. We waited 15+mins to get our drinks and have our order taken!
By the time we placed our order and got our food, within 5 minutes the waiter dropped off the check and within the next 5 minutes while we are very much still eating, a man from the host stand comes up to us literally while we have crab legs and shrimp in hand and stood over us with a bag in his hand and said “Are you done?”, and tried to literally start bagging up our food. Without gloves on and while my daughter was still eating food off her plate he proceeded to bag up her food.
The lights were shut off and the staff from the kitchen started to come out before our food was even boxed up! We were literally being put out at 9:55 despite the website saying they close at 10.
Moral of the story is ….The staff was very unprofessional and beyond rude. This was by far the worst service l've ever experienced at this location! DO NOT GO!

Thos place has delicious seafood, and their house sauce is amazing. The prices were reasonable but the food was worth every penny. The waitress named Dreya was super sweet and attentive. It's definitely a must try if you like seafood.
Host was very rude & declined to seat my coworkers & I because everyone didn’t have their IDs with them…due to an “age policy” that supposedly required you to be 18+ to dine in but somehow didn’t apply to the teens that were in the restaurant last week

The lobster/ seafood boil I ordered was trash!!! Lobster was Completely dried out!! Just downright helpless looking!! I had to take my fingernail and scrape the trifling pieces of meat out the shell! I ordered alcoholic beverages, the waitress never brought my drinks out .Another server had to get me situated on the drinks. About time my cold food arrived, here come my drinks that was presented to me in a styrofoam cup! Smh!! ! The food was utterly disgusting along with the service. I was better off making a seafood boil at home!!
