Our 1st time ordering from Cravn's...and we definitely will again! We had the Oxtails dinner w/ 2 sides. I had the Mac & cheese and yams, my husband had collards and rice and peas. We shared sides on the 2 plates to get a taste of everything, and nothing disappoited??. The plates are PLENTIFUL, we feasted off of them 2 meals. I love the cut of the oxtails, very meaty. The plates we received were definitely worth the price we paid for them, and we're glad to pay it again when we have a desire for oxtails. The prep time was extremely fast, the pickup was quick and easy.

I was unfortunately unable to attend a Carribbean festival last weekend, I placed an order for the big plate at the Charlotte location. The food was amazing and felt like I was back in Jamaica! I'd never had the grilled lamb chops, very good! The rice and peas were fantastic and the grilled shrimp was the star of the show. I will order again!

The food was amazing!!!!!! Everything is automated so your order and pay on an iPad but they were super nice when they bring your food out.

You have to place an order and pick it up - which I didn't know, but that was ok with. I bought a vegetarian option. According to the website, my food was supposed to come with rice. When I arrived back to work I found white bread buried under the BBQ instead of rice. The food portion was small for the price. The AC was out in the waiting area, so it was hot. The food taste decent, but I most likely won't go back.

Ordered the cabbage egg roll in hopes this would be a good vegan/vegetarian option. When my order arrived, the kitchen staff said the egg roll was fried in the same oil as the other meat items. This is a HUGE turn off for vegetarians/vegans because no one wants their food cooked in the same oil. I appreciate the staff letting me know but there should be a disclaimer when ordering that STATES that. It shouldn’t be noted once the food is prepared and delivered. Would I return? No unless they make it a point to cook vegan/vegetarian options separately from meat.

I feel that I must write this review because they must have written the other reviews themselves or paid someone to write them favorably because as a first time customer and a last time customer because the food was the worst I ever had and look nothing like their MENU picture, as my picture will clearly show and it was so salty I could barely stand to eat any. And it was too far to take back to the restaurant as they were closed, yet did not answer their phone before closing, A phone number I obtained from Google because there was none on their receipt, nor did they return my phone call and they incorrectly provided my side item request and I presume their high prices is to make one think the food is worth it and I assure you that it is not worth the price. Compare the picture I took of my order to the picture on their website and you will see that there is barely any meat on my sandwich. Not worth $30 at all! I paid for my order online and had someone pickup for me. My worst food experience ever.

The food and the service were absolutely amazing! I got the Shrimp (well seasoned), Mac and cheese (10 out of 10), collard greens (delicious), chicken cheesesteak (really filling), and jerk wings (again 10 out of 10)! After a rough few days with the airlines, this food really hit the spot! And huge shoutout to the manger Alex who was nice, helpful, and super understanding! Overall would recommend this place!

Dietary restrictions: As a pescatarian, they have great options! And the Mac and cheese is a great vegetarian option!

First of all, I think that it is great that the owner really takes time to read and respond to the reviews. It shows his concern for using the feedback to make corrections. I wanted to support this establishment but I was dissappointed in my first and only visit. After seeing the positive reviews and the food presentation on line, without even visiting first, I sang praises for that oxtail cheese steak and recommended it to my friends.

I will never again recommend the whole ghost kitchen concept. It doesn't lend itself to answering any questions that you have and when I tried to ask someone who quickly came out and went back in the door they said that they were from one of the other restaurants and kept it moving. It is crowded and if you are not exactly sure what you want, or know the process, it is very intimidating. Come in, don't ask questions (no one to answer), figure it out, wait, wait, don't bother those who come out to pass out the food is how it feels. A guy ahead of me asked about a drink that he ordered and without really explaining that she would be back at some point the lady disappeared behind "the door" and later came back with the drink after the customer decided not to wait any longer, he left without it. I am old school and I think that customer service will never be what it once was.

I feel that because of all of the great reviews for the food that I must have caught the cook on a bad day because my oxtail cheese steak's flavor was terrible. The presentation again was great though. It looked like it would be worth it (my wife and I drove from Rock Hill just to eat there) but I was very dissappointed. I gave it 2 stars because, it could have been a bad day based on others reviews and I wanted to give credit to the owner for his seemingly genuine concern for getting it right. Unfortunately the first impression is key and mine was not good.

It’s very disappointing getting great customer service upon your initial visit and then slowly start to see the experience get worse every time you return. The flavor of the food has started to decline since. I’ve spent over several hundreds of dollars with this establishment. My last order I specifically asked nicely for sauce to be on the side and my request was ignored. I don’t spend my money in places where the dollar is valued over the customer. I really supported this business and even sent customers their way. More than likely my last time ordering because nobody wants to spend over $30 at a restaurant and not be satisfied with what you ordered.
