Food was super tasty, no complaints at all. Mac was cheesy, wings were seasoned well, greens weren’t too salty and yams were perfectly sweetened! You will have to wait a bit, but the food is worth is overall.

Visited on 7/1/25 and ordered the oxtail fried rice with egg added. Good taste but maybe (1) one oxtail throughout and a lot of the gravy from oxtails. I understand making money but you cannot sustain with this type of pinching…

Omggggg!!! Treat yourself to an oxtail cheese steak and drizzle any of his sauces or indulge in anything else without disappointment from the menu!! Love this place ❤️! So nice I had to have twice in a 2 day period! Bless you young man and keep up the flawless food fest!!

Great food lot of delicious choices

This place has been on my list for like 2yrs and it did not disappoint. The oxtail cheesesteak was phenomenal! I got the jerk sauce drizzle and its the best jerk sauce Ive ever had. Can't wait to visit again.

Been coming here for food for what feels like 2 years or more, the food never misses, no matter what I get, and if you order ahead usually the food is ready around that time but they do get busy, but that is because the food is that good from the oxtail and jerk salmon cheesesteaks to the Jamaican hibachi to the mac and cheese and yams, 10 out of 10

Our 1st time ordering from Cravn's...and we definitely will again! We had the Oxtails dinner w/ 2 sides. I had the Mac & cheese and yams, my husband had collards and rice and peas. We shared sides on the 2 plates to get a taste of everything, and nothing disappoited??. The plates are PLENTIFUL, we feasted off of them 2 meals. I love the cut of the oxtails, very meaty. The plates we received were definitely worth the price we paid for them, and we're glad to pay it again when we have a desire for oxtails. The prep time was extremely fast, the pickup was quick and easy.

I was unfortunately unable to attend a Carribbean festival last weekend, I placed an order for the big plate at the Charlotte location. The food was amazing and felt like I was back in Jamaica! I'd never had the grilled lamb chops, very good! The rice and peas were fantastic and the grilled shrimp was the star of the show. I will order again!

The food was amazing!!!!!! Everything is automated so your order and pay on an iPad but they were super nice when they bring your food out.

You have to place an order and pick it up - which I didn't know, but that was ok with. I bought a vegetarian option. According to the website, my food was supposed to come with rice. When I arrived back to work I found white bread buried under the BBQ instead of rice. The food portion was small for the price. The AC was out in the waiting area, so it was hot. The food taste decent, but I most likely won't go back.

Ordered the cabbage egg roll in hopes this would be a good vegan/vegetarian option. When my order arrived, the kitchen staff said the egg roll was fried in the same oil as the other meat items. This is a HUGE turn off for vegetarians/vegans because no one wants their food cooked in the same oil. I appreciate the staff letting me know but there should be a disclaimer when ordering that STATES that. It shouldn’t be noted once the food is prepared and delivered. Would I return? No unless they make it a point to cook vegan/vegetarian options separately from meat.
