Food was great, came out quickly. Not sure why they were playing Christmas music in the middle of November though. Single stall gendered restrooms. They are very small; I think a person in a wheelchair would struggle with the restrooms.

This place is really good. The Bahn Mi are the best I have had in Charlotte. The crispy egg rolls are so freaking good. If you are in the mood for a Banh Mi give them a try. I beleive these are the best bang for your buck. I will be back many times.

I had the BBQ pork banh mi and an order of fries. It was very tasty, they were out of pate so I chose not to try the cold cuts but I'll be back to try it sometime!!! Reasonably priced for generous, tasty portions.

Great place for a lunch break!
I picked up the Crispy Favorite sandwich and a Large Avacado smoothie (only $6).
Both were quite tasty and I saved half the smoothie for later because I plenty full!
If you love Avacado smoothies like me, you'll have a hard time finding a better price.

love the food here...the staff could smile more but nobody is rude or anything like that....the bathrooms are ugghhhh which makes the dine in experience very uncomfortable however we take out or get delivery most of the time!

We have to be very careful especially on ready to eat foods. I watched the young lady play with her hair, take my money and then go right back to prepping someone’s food.
They serve a good banh mi. They are convenient, quick, clean and friendly. They also have the boba drinks but not really my thing. I tried a chicken appetizer and the sauce was tasty but the chicken was dry and overcooked. The sandwiches were good not great but I already have a favorite banh mi spot. When in the area, I'd say worth a try.

Ordered through doordash this morning and my drinks WERE AWFUL! Classic milk tea and Thai tea with boba. Drinks were definitely watered down and also tasted sour. Something was off and I had also ordered sweet potato fries. They marked it out of stock once my dasher delivered my drinks which were not in a bag. Horrible service!

Stopped here for supper for something different and this place is amazing ! You can get a variety of Banh mi sandwiches, Vietnamese specialies,and bubble teas. I tried the grilled pork banh mi with fresh crisp vegetables. Delicious ! The staff is very friendly and the cafe is immaculately clean. In all, great experience .

Used to love Crispy Banh Mi but customer service is now so bad. Very unprofessional. Called to place a to go order and person who answered said “give me a second” then never picked up again and eventually disconnected me. I was never successful trying to call back. Just got a message that said “leave a message “. How many other people tried to place an order and got the same service? And how do you run a business like that? I love their food but will not return because of poor customer service. Sad.
