Used to love Crispy Banh Mi but customer service is now so bad. Very unprofessional. Called to place a to go order and person who answered said “give me a second” then never picked up again and eventually disconnected me. I was never successful trying to call back. Just got a message that said “leave a message “. How many other people tried to place an order and got the same service? And how do you run a business like that? I love their food but will not return because of poor customer service. Sad.

I have ordered food here through chow now and though the food is decent but the customer service is not friendly. I feel like I’m an inconvenience to them. The traditional bahn mi is good but the chicken and pork is not. It’s dry and not flavorful. Hope they get it together. Maybe stop opening a fourth location and focus on one.

For one the boba tea was watered down the worse I've had & I've tried alot of boba tea! It was like water & milk Then I went in to talk about it & what made it worse was that it was a blonde women who made it which makes complete sense! No flavor just like her. She told me they only use water and powder.

Grilled pork for the win!!!!!! Thai tea was good, but the boba was way too gummy, kind of ruined the drink. Chewy boba is the way! Dessert drink was AMAZING ??
This is a small regional franchise that does exactly what the name says: great string and relatively inexpensive Crispy Banh Mi’s as well s. A few other items. I had a Chicken sandwich Banh Mi and was very happy with the meal.
The store itself isn’t much to look at and mostly take out.

We got 2 banh mi sandwiches (take out) and they were disappointing. The bread tasted old and tough. The chicken in my husband’s sandwich was also pretty overcooked. The tofu in my sandwich was flavorless. I’m not sure if we just ordered on an off day, since I read other reviews stating the sandwiches are good, but our experience was the opposite.
