They serve a good banh mi. They are convenient, quick, clean and friendly. They also have the boba drinks but not really my thing. I tried a chicken appetizer and the sauce was tasty but the chicken was dry and overcooked. The sandwiches were good not great but I already have a favorite banh mi spot. When in the area, I'd say worth a try.

Ordered through doordash this morning and my drinks WERE AWFUL! Classic milk tea and Thai tea with boba. Drinks were definitely watered down and also tasted sour. Something was off and I had also ordered sweet potato fries. They marked it out of stock once my dasher delivered my drinks which were not in a bag. Horrible service!

Stopped here for supper for something different and this place is amazing ! You can get a variety of Banh mi sandwiches, Vietnamese specialies,and bubble teas. I tried the grilled pork banh mi with fresh crisp vegetables. Delicious ! The staff is very friendly and the cafe is immaculately clean. In all, great experience .

Used to love Crispy Banh Mi but customer service is now so bad. Very unprofessional. Called to place a to go order and person who answered said “give me a second” then never picked up again and eventually disconnected me. I was never successful trying to call back. Just got a message that said “leave a message “. How many other people tried to place an order and got the same service? And how do you run a business like that? I love their food but will not return because of poor customer service. Sad.

I have ordered food here through chow now and though the food is decent but the customer service is not friendly. I feel like I’m an inconvenience to them. The traditional bahn mi is good but the chicken and pork is not. It’s dry and not flavorful. Hope they get it together. Maybe stop opening a fourth location and focus on one.

For one the boba tea was watered down the worse I've had & I've tried alot of boba tea! It was like water & milk Then I went in to talk about it & what made it worse was that it was a blonde women who made it which makes complete sense! No flavor just like her. She told me they only use water and powder.
