I out a 2 star bc I hope it gets the owners attention. I’ve been coming here for 8 years and have loved every sandwich, however the last few months it has been very hit or miss. The bread isn’t as crispy as it used to be, the proportions of meat/veggies are off and more than a few times there has been a weird flavor. Can’t put my finger on the weird flavor, but it’s not good and my girlfriend agrees. Please do a little investigation to see what’s going on with my previously favorite sandwiches in CLT

Surprisingly good. The only banh mi we’ve found in the states to be made in proper banh mi bread.

Crispy Banh Mi was an excellent introduction to Banh Mi for me. I tried the pulled beef sandwich, sweet potato fries, and the Mango Tango slush—all were delicious. The beef was perfectly seasoned, and I loved the crunchy mix of fresh vegetables in the sandwich. The hot pepper wasn’t my favorite, but once removed, everything else was fantastic.

The restaurant is small, with three tables and a counter area for dine-in. It’s simple and functional, focusing on great food rather than fancy decor. I highly recommend it and would definitely go again.

I order from this place frequently from work, I continuously pay extra to get extra sauce that they never deliver. The food is good but it can be dry sometimes so the sauce is needed. When I try to call it always go to voicemail. Good food but bad customer service.

The best banh mi I’ve ever had in my life. I literally crave it every single day, but especially on Sundays (of course the only day they’re closed).

Awesome small place to dine in or carry out. Only has three two top tables. We ordered in person and the service was fast.

Ordered online and Sandwiches were ready when we arrived. Fresh ingredients, quality bread and great service. Incredibly satisfying and delicious.

Good is great. Inability to call to place an order presents a real headache. I’m driving when I decide I want a pork s/w and I have to pull off the road to order. Don’t like it one bit

Perfect banh mi prepared quickly! The baguette is sooo good and authentic: it’s fluffy and airy and that is what it is supposed to be in Vietnam!!

Delicious banh mi and desserts! Got the assorted sandwich along with an almond panna cotta like dessert as well as che thai.
