I've had this place saved for a while and was looking forward to trying it out but was sorely disappointed. Overwhelming smell of old musty trash upon walking in the restaurant. Pretty sure there was mold / mildew by the windows. Cashier was disinterested and didn't have any courtesy. I know it's not the most exciting job, but c'mon that's just treating other people with respect. I felt pretty unwelcome. Sanitation rating was one of the lowest I've seen. The only saving grace was the crispy bread (wow, the name is actually accurate) and the fresh veggies on the sandwich. It's a shame because it has a lot of potential but missed the mark. Don't think I'll be giving it a second chance.

this place smelled like dirty mop water, absolutely horrendous. i walked in and stood there for a minute waiting to be greeted. the girl was on the phone sitting in the corner of the restaurant paying no attention. this is just a dirty place and i regret wasting my money. it literally smelled so bad i had to wait outside.

Atmosphere and staff energy was dead, water leak actively dripping behind counter, banh mi's lacked flavor and tasted frozen and not fresh at all. Only good thing were the Cajun fries and the rolls were soft and crispy.
Absolutely horrendous. My Banh Mi was a little burnt, and my order took almost an hour to complete.

The Banh Mi and Fresh Rolls (Summer Rolls) are great. They even took my suggestion of switching the wraps they use on their summers rolls which improved them 100%. Food comes out relatively quickly considering it's freshly made. Service is great and the staff will bring your food to your table and get you anything you may need in a prompt manner. If you are in the area I would suggest that you stop by here and enjoy a great tasting meal.

Everything we had was very delicious and came out quickly. The gentleman behind the counter was very kind and friendly. There was a mistake and they brought us sweet potato fries instead of fried tofu, but we were told we could keep them free of charge, and we still received the tofu.

Although the food might be good, the staff keeps messing up the orders or not pay attention to the mobile machine.I had to wait another 15mns for an other that I waited 10mns to leave my house to go pick up after ordering.That's absurd!They need to hire more people to handle their orders, as there's too much to do with just 2 folks in the front & 1 person working in the back.OUTRAGEOUS!

This one sucks its an issue every time at this location.. placed our order online for the vegetarian protein.. we've had this a thousand times.. this time they give us tofu which is an entirely different option on their own menu.
