We went to the Ayrsley location today and our experience has not been pleasant. We waited a long time for one vegetarian sandwich and there is only one other customer who came behind us. The food was bland and expensive.

The bahn mi I received was amazing the avacado drink was like a rare find and I’m impressed would visit again. I did take out to customize my meal. But either way I’m glad to try bahn mi for the first time.

We really liked it! Girl at the front who speaks Spanish was pleasant, professional and patient. Another guy greeted us when we enter. Food was amazing! We got the beef banh mi (with fresh veggies), crispy delicious egg rolls, mango smoothie and avocado smoothie (creamy and great). Place was clean! We dont live near by but while visiting Charlotte we might be back!

Very good Bon MI but they were out of Boba and coffee jelly. 😪 Not good for a place that specializes in these items. This shopping center sucks. Very hard to figure out what's there and I think that's why so many businesses come and go in the area.

Definitely disappointed compared to what it used to be. First time at this location and kinda discouraged to go to the one I’ve always gone to on South Blvd. Quail was fried to a crisp and not enjoyable.

I love getting lunch here when I'm in office. They're fast and reliable. I really appreciate the cashier who was working today, she was very knowledgeable and helpful with helping me pick a dairy free drink option. I always get the summer roll with vegetarian meat.
