We really liked it! Girl at the front who speaks Spanish was pleasant, professional and patient. Another guy greeted us when we enter. Food was amazing! We got the beef banh mi (with fresh veggies), crispy delicious egg rolls, mango smoothie and avocado smoothie (creamy and great). Place was clean! We dont live near by but while visiting Charlotte we might be back!

Very good Bon MI but they were out of Boba and coffee jelly. 😪 Not good for a place that specializes in these items. This shopping center sucks. Very hard to figure out what's there and I think that's why so many businesses come and go in the area.

Definitely disappointed compared to what it used to be. First time at this location and kinda discouraged to go to the one I’ve always gone to on South Blvd. Quail was fried to a crisp and not enjoyable.

I love getting lunch here when I'm in office. They're fast and reliable. I really appreciate the cashier who was working today, she was very knowledgeable and helpful with helping me pick a dairy free drink option. I always get the summer roll with vegetarian meat.

I've had this place saved for a while and was looking forward to trying it out but was sorely disappointed. Overwhelming smell of old musty trash upon walking in the restaurant. Pretty sure there was mold / mildew by the windows. Cashier was disinterested and didn't have any courtesy. I know it's not the most exciting job, but c'mon that's just treating other people with respect. I felt pretty unwelcome. Sanitation rating was one of the lowest I've seen. The only saving grace was the crispy bread (wow, the name is actually accurate) and the fresh veggies on the sandwich. It's a shame because it has a lot of potential but missed the mark. Don't think I'll be giving it a second chance.

this place smelled like dirty mop water, absolutely horrendous. i walked in and stood there for a minute waiting to be greeted. the girl was on the phone sitting in the corner of the restaurant paying no attention. this is just a dirty place and i regret wasting my money. it literally smelled so bad i had to wait outside.

Atmosphere and staff energy was dead, water leak actively dripping behind counter, banh mi's lacked flavor and tasted frozen and not fresh at all. Only good thing were the Cajun fries and the rolls were soft and crispy.
