I come here regularly, and I can definitely say I highly recommend it. The menu offers a wide selection of options of food, and it has always been of the best quality. The people who work there are always friendly and efficient, and I look forward to my next visit!

Fresh ingredients, friendly service and super clean place. I asked for a suggestion since I'd never had Bahn mi sandwich before. I ordered the #4 Grilled Pork Sandwich and Lychee tea. I loved the warm, buttery bread and the meat was tender and tasty. The tea was fruity, but not too sweet. I highly recommend this place.

Great little spot for a Banh Mi sandwich. The bread was fresh and ingredients were tasty. Good selection of teas, juices and desserts.

Not sure what's going on with this location, but the vegetarian protein had obviously been sitting for a long time and was reheated in a microwave. Very tough and frankly not edible. Bread was also stale. I would not recommend ordering from here past lunch time.

Great small place, very slow at most time and easy to order food.

I have been ordering lunch and dinner, at Banh mi in Ballantyne for quite some time now. The food quality is consistent, delicious, reasonably priced, with exceptional customer service. I highly recommend anyone to try Banh mi in Ballantyne Village. You will be hooked!

This place has gone down hill :( I took my family here and we got 6 chicken banh mi's & summer rolls and ALL the chicken was SO dry along with the bread. There was like no sauce on the chicken. Barely any jalepeno or other veggies other than the carrots. Loaded with carrots... It was literally hard to swallow. Really disappointing as I used to love their banh mi. Sadly won't be back.

Food is so-so, like it was made with the minimum amount of effort possible. Chicken is salmon-pink color and tastes like it was frozen.
Two thirds of the banh mi filling was carrots. One piece of dicon, four strips of sliced chicken. Banh mi was also very dry.
Not terrible but not good either. Too bad because their food truck banh mi are fantastic.

I really enjoyed their pork and chicken bahn mi. The bread was nicely toasted and it was delicious. I tried their honey dew and taro bubble teas but seemed bit over priced for the size and they were warm.

On the day that i came to this location was just as good if not better than the other crispy banh mi locations.

The sandwhich toppings were perfectly proportioned. The bread had a nice toast/crisp to it.

The only thing I wished it was that the pickled veggies were having a stronger pickled flavor.

The dining room at this location is much smaller than their other locations so I would caution people to go to this spot as a primarily takeout location.

Solid value banh mi for the money- cost about $8.25 for any of their specialty banh mis- I got the fried fish and the vegetables were clearly fresh as well as the baguette. Had a nice crisp crust but soft inner layer. The thai tea they had was also great! However I did prefer my friend's more tropical drink- definitely a good spot for lunch.

The fries were overcooked, and there were an excessive amount of carrots. I'm consistently disappointed with the quality of the food here the last few times ordering.

While I sympathize with the challenges of last-minute orders, (an hour before close is not last minute.) The attitude from the staff is unwarranted, I get it you want to go home, so do I, with the sandwhich that I preordered.

Despite giving this place numerous chances due to understanding the challenges of the food industry, I just can't justify the price paid for the quality received. I honestly want a refund.

I have tried to order 15 sandwiches three times and each time they are out product to fulfill the order. I understand if it's at the end of the day day but this is before they open. Not sure how they stay in business turning down $150-$200 orders. Extremely disappointing experience. Go elsewhere.
