I simply love this bar. The atmosphere is 10/10 and the service is top tier! I cannot recommend it highly enough. Bartenders Quinn and Mary Thomas especially are so kind and attentive! Couldn’t have had a better experience if I tried!

Making it difficult to enjoy my meal at Deejai Thai by pounding bass through the walls at 7pm.

I normally will tip in cash on my way out of a bar or venue based on my experience. I tipped a quarter for my beer on my card. For an 8 dollar beer, I tip change (sometimes not at all). But I usually tip for the service and hospitality separately. The man that saw my quarter tip, began to scoff and mock me AS I WAS SITTING in the bar.

Look I know a quarter sucks, but I tip out of the kindness and generosity of my heart and pouring a pint isnt an automatic 5 dollar tip. I was planning on spending time there and possibly drinking more. But this place was absolutely awful.

Expect to tip well up front if you want people to be kind to you. Sad

Poorly managed… feel bad for the staff.

This is nothing against the bartenders, wait staff, or general team at Crown Station, who I have no doubt perform an excellent job based on the glowing reviews. However, management failed to uphold its duties as an event venue, cancelling our wedding party six days prior to the event with the justification that “another event had to reschedule for the same day and they could not cancel.” In other words, they considered that event more important than an already scheduled special occasion.

My significant other and I were able to find an alternative venue, yet we are left to contact nearly 130 guests of the change at the last minute. It’s clear from management’s lack of consideration and empathy of the situation that I am leery of requesting their services in the future despite such strong service from the rest of the team. The only thing preventing this from being a 1 star review was the fact that the initial payment was refunded, but I am saddened to see that they chose profits over people.

I do not recommend.
