A good indulgence when the mood hits. Delivery... you'll be the end of my waistline . Sweet staff and consistently good quality. These cookies remind me more of cake than the thinner, crispy edge traditional cookies. Clean simple to-go setup that smells amazing (even from the parking lot)!

Picked up a 4-pk of cookies 3/2/24, the two young girls were chatting with each other, the one working counter boxed my cookies without much interaction. After paying I noticed theme stickers behind the counter (I was not offered any sticker to close my box). The Happy Birthday one was appropriate for the occasion I was purchasing so asked if I could have one to close my box. The person checking me out said no, they were for an additional cost and only for an extra purchased package, but I could have the small Crumbl one if I wanted. If she had made conversation and asked if I was purchasing for a special occasion she may have had an opportunity to upsell— though I think it’s not right that a theme sticker to close the box costs more than is already charged. Either way, disappointed in the service and experience with Crumbl.

Great Cookies. They are crispy on the outside and still a tad bit gooey on the inside. It's what I expected, and it's what I got.
The Cowboy Cookie is heavenly, when they have it in rotation. All others are good but I’m not a huge fan of the super sweet ones. ?
