7:30 PM on June 3rd. As soon as we walked in the three âworkingâ said nothing to acknowledge our existence. Luckily I noticed the kiosk. It shouldnât ask for a tip at the end when the customer does most of the work. After placing an order the three of them proceeded to curse really loud in front of all the customers. They were goofing off being loud and making a mess. I also watched all of them touch themselves or go outside with one gloved hand and never washed and changed gloves after doing so. They need a manager present to run the store. I also took the time to read reviews from months ago. It appears all of the same problems are still happening. Definitely need to hire a competent manager at this location, before you guys start the next pandemic.

Kings drive location is terrible. Orders wrong most of the time, cookies are sloppy and not as pictured, not even close. Sometimes no frosting on frosted cookies, other cookies tossed into the box sitting on top of frosted cookies, then tonight barely a tsp of frosting on the frosted motherâs cookie. Lame. Once or twice I get it but this store is consistently bad. Wonât go back anymore.

iâve been to a lot of crumbl cookies around no and this is by far the best one yet! the cookies are always amazing. i only come up to charlotte to get my cookies hear and i live almost a hour a 30 away!
